I stayed at Shahzan Hotel Kuantan for a short business trip and was pleasantly greeted by by warm and attentive staff who made check-in smooth and welcoming.. The hotel’s location is incredibly convenient, just a short walk from Masjid Negeri and Taman Kerang —making it easy to explore the area during downtime. The overall experience was comfortable and efficient, ideal for business travelers looking for both convenience and hospitality.”

The bathroom space felt a bit cramped, especially for taller guests or those with lots of toiletries. While everything was clean and functional, a little more room would’ve made the stay even more comfortable.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed by the affordable rates, making it one of the best-value options in town. Its prime location near many places of interest in Kuantan, including the state mosque, was incredibly convenient. The room was comfortable and cozy, and the shower was particularly nice, offering a refreshing experience. Additionally, there were plenty of food outlets nearby, making it easy to find delicious meals at any time. Overall, this hotel is a fantastic choice for anyone visiting Kuantan.

Location and easy to check in. Requested rooms in the same floor and got it. Our freezer in both rooms were broken so they replaced it immediately. Kudos to the management. Rooms were fairly clean and AC were cold enough.

Our headboards fell on top of us at night. Probably wasn't secured to the wall properly. Towels only provided just enough and no extras. TV channel a bit limited and not clear to watch. Rooms are not sound proofed so u can hear the ambulances outside and the people above at night.

the location was in the middle of the kuantan city. parking access was really helpful because you dont have to walk alot from ur car to the lift. i love the shower gel aroma, not bath tub, but its ok, nobody want to hang out in their toilet for a long period anyway. the price was really accountable.. i rather be here for couple of night than zenith that capable only for one night..

the room wasnt big enough for 4-5 members. its really ok due to the price they given.. you can get extra room if you got big companion. just add around RM150 for another room. no shop or restaurant nearby.. but its ok, ive got pandafood.

The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. Nice view. Breakfast available and okay.

The pool is overcrowded and closes at 7pm. The rules are that the pool is only for guests but saw people in the parking lot getting in their cars with wet bathing suits on. Also children took the safety 🛟 off of the wall and they were using them in the pool as toys. No staff security or monitoring.

Great location in the middle of city, the area can be quite lively as there will be lots of activity at the field right in front of the hotel. Ample parking by hotel, decent food. Good water pressure in bathroom and very comfy and clean bed. Many attractions and eateries around the hotel.

Very small size of bathroom, and room not so spacious. Parking at B2 have very strong fuel-like smell.
