The communication before arrival was very good with all questions answered quickly and clearly. The reception team were welcoming, helpful and informative. All staff were excellent and couldn’t do enough for us. We had clean towels every day and bed was changed during our week long stay. We thoroughly enjoyed the balcony with great views.The location was perfect especially as we didn’t have a car. Bus stop was just 100 metres away and train three stops away. Good restaurants nearby, beach across the road and free to use. Hotel provided chairs for beach if needed.

I had a great stay at this apartment! The place was spotless — everything was very clean and well-maintained. The staff were also extremely friendly and helpful, making check-in and any questions during the stay super easy. One minor downside was the humidity and a bit of moisture in the air, but thankfully the AC worked very well and quickly made the space comfortable. Overall, a very pleasant experience . Highly recommended

Light, bright and spacious Comfy beds and a beautiful view of Naxos Bay. Close to all the restaurants. Great location to explore the area.

We booked a one bed apartment and it was not available until our third night of our 4 night stay but we were only told on arrival. The staff were apologetic. As it turned out the studio was lovely and spacious and the one bed was tired looking. Parking is free but tricky so be prepared to walk. The property is on the main road on the front so there is road noise.

I loved everything, the really friendly staff, the comfortable beds, the jacuzzi, and most of all, the view!! Incredible place, and we will absolutely return.

This is not the hotel' s fault, but goggle maps sent us in the completely wrong direction and we walked in circles! When, in reality, Tysandros Hotel and Apartments is only one min walk along the promenade from St Giovanni Interbus stop. Best to feed in " L' isola Gelatería" ( which is very good, btw), and the entrance to Tysandros is just next door down the passage...

We stayed 8 nights and it was excellent. Daily housekeeping and refreshing of breakfast snacks. Outside was a beach, very convenient. Super safe and lovely reception staff. Easy location to restaurants, laundry, supermarkets. Also free parking close to hotel which was easy. Preferred this to stay in Taormina city. Would definitely stay again

Lovely place, beautiful view, they cleaned the room daily and left us breakfast and coffee - felt really pampered. I recommend. Recommended a trip to Etna and Taormina.

The staff were really friendly and helpful, and communication was easy as they all spoke perfect English. The bed was huge and so comfortable, and we especially enjoyed the peace and quiet after Palermo! Really great restaurants in the area. . Coffee machine and snacks in the room free of charge were a bonus too. Great value for money

I loved the lot. The location. Size of the apartment. The amenities were great. Easy to catch local transport. Staff so friendly and helpful. Clean. Loads of bear-by places to eat too. Beach 10 steps across the road.

I didn’t like that after seeing all the photos, room selected didn’t offer couple of features that i imagined it would, however if i had payed attention to all text going for best price i would have come across to that, just choosing between places and best price on place to stay, that would have been bit time consuming. All the options showed in pictures were mainly available but at different cost.

The apartment was comfortable, clean and warm at night. The personal was very friendly and always ready to help.They cleaned and changed the towels every day and as well refilled the basket with all needed for breakfast incl. tasty coffee, which you can't find anywhere there to buy. From a small balcony you have a side view on Taormina, a famous touristic town, Isola Bella is 3 km away. The beach is in front of the hotel and is good for kids as well. You have everything you need around. We could also always find the place to park the car for free, but in summer it may be different.
