The staff was great. Francois was outstanding with his help, friendliness, and kindness. Sara and Frans were awesome too. The room keepers were exceptionally great. The staff is the main reason we would like to come back.

Probably the passive exhaust mechanism for the bathroom areas. The dishwasher ended up not working that great toward the end of our visit.

We stayed on the 11th floor and the apartment was much nicer than we expected. It modern, clean, well maintained and up to a great standard. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was cleaned every day. The location may look in the outskirts of Paris on map but believe me it’s very convenient and only 10 mins away from Arc de Triomphe. If you’re driving like us, the car park entrance is a bit tricky, so slow down not to miss it otherwise you could end up joining other roads and lose time.

The hotel is conveniently located near metro line 1, which takes you into Paris. Even though the rooms are a bit dated we were pleasantly surprised with the size (50sqm) as most hotels inside Paris have very small rooms. The fridge was filled with 3-4 drinks (juice and coke) and the Nespresso machine was available and came with 4 free capsules. The hotel does not provide room service however there are several places to get food at walking distance and also a shop where you can get water and snacks. Overall we had a nice stay, definitely great value in terms of price/size/location. I would definitely recommend this property, especially if you’re traveling with family and kids.

The rooms are a bit dated. No room service.

- Lovely and friendly staff, from the reception to the room maid, - Very near to (Esplanade de La Défense) subway station. Less than 10 minutes to reach Champs-Elysees street. - Nice wide area near the subway station, several restaurants like burger, seafood and lebanese food.

-As per our reservation (1 bedroom deluxe apartment) the toilet WC is separated from the shower and washroom area. Both are far from each others. Not sure about the normal smaller room. - Access to parking area is a bit hard if you have a large car (a Van).

The room was very large with a kitchen in another part.

Was going to La Defence arena and didn't want to deal with the metro back into town after so this was ideal. Actually stayed here for over a month in the past while flat hunting and it was very convenient for work. Wouldn't stay here for a weekend sightseeing trip, but very spacious with good facilities, quiet, bluetooth speaker, easy to work from, fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning. The apartments all have balconies which is a nice to have but I've not had a room with a decent view.

The place is really nice and comfortable for either business trip or a family vacation / city break. Rooms are comfortable, very clean, lot of available amenities. Main advantage of the place is the proximity of metro station, line 1, which can take you to all major monuments / museums in Paris. Even better, when you are tired after a whole day walk around the city, getting from the metro to your room is just a matter of minutes. La Defence (the area where the hotel is located), has plenty of restaurants, cafes, the biggest shopping mall in Paris is 10-15 minutes on foot. At the same time, the whole area is very safe for tourists and visitors. Fraser Suits is definitely my No1 choice for accomodation in Paris.

Spacious 1BR with kitchen. There’s also a parking onsite and daily housekeeping service. The location is outside the Paris city center but still very close you could see the Arc de Triomphe and the Eiffel Tower. Metro station is also a few meters away.

Nothing much just include smaller pots and pans as the ones provided are too big for the stove. Paper towels in the kitchen would’ve been perfect too.

Car parking signage and hotel signage were not clear for us, better to have a clear map for hotel and parking entrance due to unclear signages.. prior to the visit

Wonderful staff who were very helpful. Great facilities and location was with 15 minute walk to Westfield shopping centre. Train station was very close-3 minute walk and just a few stops to Paris City Centre. Room was very clean and very comfortable. Small kitchen but plenty of room to prepare a decent snack. Coffee pod machine was a nice bonus.
