LOVE THE HOTEL. BEAUTIFUL. GREAT FACILITIES ABD CLASSES. HAD ROOM 302 whixh we love and requeat but needs much updating. the toilets are so low !!! Shower is great nut hard to turn on and off but will still request that room and view. The spa is beautiful a bit pricey for 15 minutes but enjoyable sad that the men don’t have a plunge pool at the sauna is great. The hot tub was great. The pool is beautiful. I give it a 9.75 once the rules are done I give it a 12.

Immaculate. food was excellent. lovey hotel but rooms altho spotless are dated. lighting not great. toilets are low. the amenities are fabulous. spa is great. could make the treatments 60 min. the prices a bit high for 50 min but still worth it. we had a great 5 days. staff was very commenting. would totally recommend this resort and spa.

there was nothing to not like. classes are great. gym is well equipped and clean. I did have to request cleaning service daily not done otherwise. I asked for another light fixture bc room dim at nite but never got it. asked 3 times. little things that truly don’t impact the stay.

Beautiful location on Tampa bay. Nostalgic , it’s situated on a spring spa! It has several pools- indoor & outdoor- as well as 2 spring water hot whirlpools. Reminded us of out of the movie “Cocoon”! Located on Main Street, Safety Harbor FL. Which had a lot of restaurants within walking distance. The grounds are lovely. With bike trails ( which we rented from Shock E bikes) and ride about the area!

Los of nearby construction- but that cannot be helped! On site , I didn’t like that they didn’t have “morning coffee” available. Maybe if you went to their breakfast restaurant, however, when I asked the front desk about fresh coffee they indicated Starbucks up the street! They do had the little 1cup coffee makers in the rooms- ugh! So I went to Starbucks!

Unfortunately, Hurricanne Helene had other plans, and the hotel was closed the day of my stay. My husband and kids booked me a lovely spa day and night at the resort because it's been such a stressful year. I never received a cancellation notice, so I still packed up, and my husband drove me to Safety Harbor. I was turned away at the door and heartbroken but understood the situation. I sincerely hope I get time to re-book soon because I would absolutely love to spend a day at the resort. I hope they get back on their feet again soon, and everyone is ok.

Love the location. A small town feel within a city

Was hoping to enjoy the steam room. A person that has a membership said that it was down since June. That surprised me that it was down that long. He said that it would be until next year before it’s fixed. But there is other things that aren’t updated. Things aren’t getting repainted. Tiles changed out because of water stains. He wasn’t sure he was renewing his membership because of the spa being run down. But that’s why I go to. There is cheaper options out there

Our room was very comfortable and had a feel of luxury in the furnishings and bedding. The bed was very comfortable. Wish we were staying longer than one day. Our meals were very good, and we were able to eat dinner outside even though the weather was unpredictable. Both waitresses were very friendly and helpful. The. young lady bartender even stayed open a little longer to fix us a nightcap. Very nice and apprediated.

The location is incredible. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We loved the fresh spring water dispenser. The art on the walls of our room was so pretty and elegant.. I want to buy one of the paintings.

Normally I wouldn’t like a room that’s not been renovated in a long time, and I think the room can be.. it needs new furniture and probably a new rug, but it was very clean.

The spa is legendary, unfortunately, I was not able to use all of the services because it was a quick trip for a concert, Elvis Costello at Ruth Eckerd Hall. On a prior stay, I did eat dinner and breakfast in the restaurant. Both were excellent. The room accommodations are a little extra larger than your typical rooms. My room overlooked one of three swimming pools. The swimming pools are heated. There are lots of spa amenities. Going to book in the future and just stay on property and use all of the amenities.

Everything is good. Free self parking is a bonus and is rare these days.

The location is excellent. It's on the water with a view of downtown Tampa. A Marina and park are next door. It's easily walkable to shops and restaurants. The hotel has a very expensive feel with opulent furnishings and lush landscaping.

Spa was super chaotic. Seemed very unorganized. A massage therapist no showed for my massage appointment and I couldn’t reschedule to other commitments. Pool was almost impossible to find a chair. Lots of empty chairs being held by towels but no people
