Very clean and comfy room that had been recently refurbished. Common areas outside were great with new bbqs and seating. Great that we could self check in and out without needing to see anyone, however the staff we did see were very friendly and even had a gift on mothers day for my partner! Great location and decent security. Checked in early and out late and nobody minded, ideal!! Would stay again.

We were the only people staying it seemed like and yet booking.com said there was only 3 rooms left. It is cheaper to book direct with this hotel, no fault of the property. Just greedy booking.com

This hotel and staff were both absolutely incredible! We had such an amazing vacation away! Great location, friendly staff, rooms were exceptionally clean and nicely updated! The upper levels had BBQs and common areas for sitting and watching lakeshore drive. There is a foot washing station at the front which is a wonderful idea because then you don’t track sand into your room. We would absolutely recommend this hotel to others and we will definitely be back next year!!!!

There were very few downsides to this hotel, but a few small things I can think of are they need black out curtains as the light was very bright throughout the night in the room. Parking was tight, which is beyond their control and it would have been nice to have some plates , bowls and cutlery in the rooms.

Perfect location right opposite the beach, and close to the bars and restaurants. Beautiful view of the whole lake from the 2nd floor patio. We were pleasantly surprised with the accommodation. Everything was neat and very clean.

The shower/faucet transfer handle was missing the knob, leaving only the thin spindle, so it was tricky to get the shower working. Some noise on our 2nd night, which carried on until after 1am, due to a few people sitting out on the patio. Nothing rowdy, just guests chatting and enjoying the evening, but it woke us a couple of times. A ceiling light would’ve been good at the end nearest the bathroom, as it was a bit dark close to the full length mirror and coffee maker. Nothing major though.

Loved the location, with across the street access to the beach, super clean rooms with all the needed amenities, and the very attentive staff. The 2nd floor patios with bbq's to use and relaxed seating to take in the views was exceptionally nice. Pet friendly, in a location with restaurants, outdoor activities and businesses, shops, and more. Older motel, but nicely remodeled, with comfy beds. We'd stay again in a heartbeat!!

Parking was tight on the weekend when the resort was full. Rude people took up more than one spot, which led to a ripple effect of others doing that, shorting parking. Frustrating. Numbered and wider parking would be appreciated. 1st floor hears EVERYTHING above them..be aware. Pet folks are on the 1st floor with a little lawn space out front to have furry friends take care of business.

Just got home from 3 great nights at Okanagan Lakefront Resort. This was my first time staying here, and I will definitely be back. The location is perfect, mere steps to the beach! I stayed in a double queen with kitchenette and the room was clean and comfortable. The only thing missing from the kitchenette is a toaster, otherwise, it was a very well appointed room. Forgot beach towels? No problem, the resort has them. Need ice? Guests get FREE ice...yes FREE! I highly recommend Okanagan Lakefront Resort!

Absolutely loved this little gem! It was perfect in every way. The cleanliness, the staff, the beautiful view. All the different oration sets they had throughout the 2nd floor and the many many BBQs for everyone to use. The clean laundry room. Everything! I will only complain about 1 thing, I wish they cleaned guest rooms more often for people who are not staying for 7+days. With the beach being right across the street it’s hard not to get covered in sand and track it through your room.

Over the years we have stayed at every one of the motels along Lakeshore in Penticton, this one is our new favorite. While somewhat nondescript from the outside, the rooms have been completely renovated, clean - immaculate actually, modern updated everything. They use an access code system which is no big deal but eliminates the small hassle of checking in (we never spoke to anyone, and that's how we like it!) and getting and managing keys. TBH this place pretty much deserves a 10 for what it is.

Perfect location. Just across the road from the beach. Really quiet. Even though it is on the main beachfront road. Clean and well kept. Had everything we needed. Good WiFi and powerful air on. Other residents were quiet at night. Key pad entry .. no losing keys! The reception was super helpful. My son needed to be at a wedding at 2.30 they kindly allowed him access to the room to change into his suit.

The room was clean and nicely appointed, and bed was comfortable. It was obvious the room had been updated with newer furnishings and decor. Parking was easy, and location was great - right across the road from Lake Okanagan and close to restaurants and fun activities. Hosts were friendly and helpful, attentive and responsive to questions and concerns.

Exterior of the property could use some updates and maybe a good coat of paint, but that’s only a cosmetic issue. There was food left in my fridge by the previous guest that was overlooked when the room was cleaned and prepared for my stay, but I suppose that’s something that could easily be missed. Information about how to get into the ice freezer was lacking - I only found out about it and obtained the lock code from a kind fellow who was doing some maintenance- I’d just suggest including that info on the information sheet provided in the room.

Location was great, loved the door code. Kitchen was well stocked. loved the patio with the fire table. BBQ in good shape. Suprised how quite it was. Mattress protector on bed. Loved the big table in the room. Staff are great! Willing to help in anyway they can! Thank you!

Kettle in kitchen was dirty had dead bugs in it. Had to use a pot for water. Mold in the windows and in the bathroom. sofa bed needs new mattress. Undersand that it was the end of the season, walls and doors are in need of a wash. I do think this is wear and tear.
