Very clean and comfy room that had been recently refurbished. Common areas outside were great with new bbqs and seating. Great that we could self check in and out without needing to see anyone, however the staff we did see were very friendly and even had a gift on mothers day for my partner! Great location and decent security. Checked in early and out late and nobody minded, ideal!! Would stay again.

We were the only people staying it seemed like and yet booking.com said there was only 3 rooms left. It is cheaper to book direct with this hotel, no fault of the property. Just greedy booking.com

The room was clean and nicely appointed, and bed was comfortable. It was obvious the room had been updated with newer furnishings and decor. Parking was easy, and location was great - right across the road from Lake Okanagan and close to restaurants and fun activities. Hosts were friendly and helpful, attentive and responsive to questions and concerns.

Exterior of the property could use some updates and maybe a good coat of paint, but that’s only a cosmetic issue. There was food left in my fridge by the previous guest that was overlooked when the room was cleaned and prepared for my stay, but I suppose that’s something that could easily be missed. Information about how to get into the ice freezer was lacking - I only found out about it and obtained the lock code from a kind fellow who was doing some maintenance- I’d just suggest including that info on the information sheet provided in the room.

Location was great, loved the door code. Kitchen was well stocked. loved the patio with the fire table. BBQ in good shape. Suprised how quite it was. Mattress protector on bed. Loved the big table in the room. Staff are great! Willing to help in anyway they can! Thank you!

Kettle in kitchen was dirty had dead bugs in it. Had to use a pot for water. Mold in the windows and in the bathroom. sofa bed needs new mattress. Undersand that it was the end of the season, walls and doors are in need of a wash. I do think this is wear and tear.

The owners have done a beautiful job renovating the property. There’s 2 undercover areas one with barbeques the other with fire pits and tables and then another beautiful outdoor area with a couch and two comfy chairs. I would definitely recommend this place.

Some of the food options are a but far. Still some renovations going in other rooms, but does not affect the stay. Overall, was a good experience

Newly renovated room, very clean. We actually appreciated the basic furnishings, it's easier to keep clean and it gained our trust immediately. We only stayed for one night, so we didn't need much anyway. Check-in is self-serve, room has keyless entry, so we didn't even get a chance to see or talk to any staff, all communication was through text messages. Very appreciated, as it was simple, quick and absolutely hassle-free. I'm sure if we had any requests we could've reached someone directly, but we simply didn't need anything. Very quiet, most of rooms were vacant during our stay. Location is great. Place isn't overpriced like some of the other hotels in this area.

The A/C - heater unit in our room was pretty loud. It sounded like something got caught in the ducts and it could use some cleaning. The word 'resort' in the name is a bit misleading. There are basically no amenities, other than the bbq deck.

The best of hosts. Very patient and helpful. Very kind. Answered all my questions and had great recommendations of places to go see and to eat. Was very busy with a car show in town but, still found the time to be helpful. Room was really quiet and comfortable. I highly recommend this Resort. You couldn’t ask for better place to stay.

Location amazing!! Everything was excellent, sheets were clean, bathroom clean, and air conditioning was a life saver. Being able to text the staff was nice and parking was great!

The cups were dirty when we arrived and when we left there was no dish soap to clean them because we didn’t have a kitchenette ( just a fridge and microwave ). Would’ve been ideal to have a small safe for valuables but then again the area felt safe and secure so wasn’t much of a worry. The face soap felt a little weird and merky looking so wasn’t a personal favourite especially for washing the dishes.

Beach towel free rentals, the kitchen was well stocked and the layout was good. We enjoyed the common area overlooking the lake for our coffee and crib in the morning. Check in and out was independent and easy. We were allowed to keep our car in the parking lot after check out so we could float the channel without fighting for parking.

Stairs going up to the common areas could use updating.

10/10 with a great location, clean and comfortable room, and exceptionally helpful staff but could be an 11/10 if the blinds provided for a semi-private way to let light in. Right now it’s all or nothing blinds open or closed with the room completely exposed when blinds are open. Closed is darkness.
