We liked Geraldine Top 10 from the moment we arrived. We felt welcomed. Instructions to find the unit were clear and supportive. The unit was exactly what we were looking for in terms of size, location, comfort etc. I was with my daughter and we were delighted when walking in. I thought to myself that I wanted to make comment to you on the cleanliness of the property and the care that had gone into cleaning and ensuring it was well equipped with all required. Really, it was fantastic and we will be visiting again and telling friends about our experience. Thank you to you all for your efforts.

There wasn't really much we didn't like at all. If to find something we arrived later afternoon/evening and it was cold to enter. It would have been nice to enter a warm unit but certainly wasn't expected. Especially given we were an hour earlier than expected.

Staff were incredibly helpful and the place really showed that it was loved and cared for. Little things like the worm farm, music in the bathrooms, cleanliness of everywhere, and the lovely little wooden statues that held the signs. Little tidbits of information were everywhere. Everything was just that little bit extra.

Everything was great. Only one minor issue was that my room window was right near the dump station, and although there was no obvious problem - there was a lot of activity there in the morning as campervans went to leave, and it was slightly offputting.

Lovely staff! Staff are definitely one of the perks of this park- thanks so much for your hospitality and kindness. Location is smack in the centre of Geraldine so you can walk to cafes and around town. Bathrooms always clean. Room was clean. Again- staff went above and beyond!

There’s giant outdoor chess, tv room, and a small playground- but no pool or bounce pad. Kids got a bit bored after 2 days- but there’s local things to go and do e.g peel forest walking tracks, skate park, bike tracks etc.

Plenty of room to move in cabin & used the large kitchen in the park it had all the items I needed. Bathrooms are located close to cabins always clean & tidy. Very happy with my stay will come back again next year

This place is absolutely perfect. Room size is generous, with extremely comfy beds. Facilities amazing and modern and clean. Kitchen set up with enough equipment to make a roast if you wanted to. Grounds are kept immaculate. Plenty of space to yourself or to mingle it you wanted to.

The lady who checked us in was very snappy and borderline rude. Told me off for using booking.com instead of booking direct..... if you don't want people doing that perhaps you should take your Accommodation off their website instead of telling off a paying guest. Apparently the man who checked my friend in was much more professional and nice.

The one word that sums up this place is "Delightful". Cute little cabin in a campground with literally everything you would need. Really friendly and helpful staff, just a two-minute walk to the town center. I would love to come again and stay longer.

Seriously, I'm trying to think of any negatives and really can't come up with anything. And I'm usually pretty critical.

Cabins were cosy, bedding very warm. Facilities clean and fair (push button for 6mins shower etc). Didn't use kitchen, but looked fairly standard. Lovely outdoor area for kids to play in. Great hosts, will stay again.

Needed perhaps a bit more explanation how to walk out to town, it was a bit tricky to find the right gate! Traffic coming back in to park was hampered a bit by high volume check in traffic.

The studio unit had everything we needed at a reasonable price. Spotlessly clean and we'll maintained holiday park. Everything was spick 'n' span. We loved that we could stroll to town, the river walks, the world class cheese factory shop and Barkers food producers shop - a yummy addition to our holiday!

Our cabin had everything we needed for overnight stay. We enjoyed sitting out the front on the deck in the evening. The park is really pretty with beautiful trees and autumn leaves at Easter. The shared facilities were great although we didn't need then. Location is right in the village so you could walk out for dinner, breakfast, drinks if you chose to.

It was my first time in New Zealand and we booked this accomodation just for a stop over. I never seen a camp ground this clean. The shared bathroom was exceptional, even the kitchen. I highly recommend this property. The room was also big for a family of five.
