* The arrival was warm and welcoming again ( this was our second time , staying here) * Barbara and Steve are very sociable hosts. * The B & B is very warm and ' homely' * Although small, the twin room was very comfortable, fresh and clean. * The beds were fresh and cosy. * The bathroom was adequate, with fresh snow white, fluffy towels, and plenty of hot water * The tea/coffee tray was very welcome, especially after a 6 hour, tiring journey! * There was plenty of choice on the breakfast menu, and the food and drinks were brought promptly.
* The only 2 small, opening windows in the bedroom, were so high up, we had to stand on a chair to open them . * Although there was plenty of hot water available, the shower wasn't very powerful. ...............................................................................................................................................................................................We will be visiting Sittingbourne again, to visit family. Unfortunately, Barbara and Steve are moving to pastures new, very soon, so we wont be hosted by them again........

Lovely room, very comfortable bed, home from home style as you'd expect from a B&B. Great breakfast served exactly as we asked for - some had full English, some wanted just an omelette, some wanted a kind of pick-n-mix; but nothing was forgotten, and all was served with a smile. The hosts are terrific, by the way, and everything has that family vibe which is exactly what we were looking for in a traditional B&B.
Just be a bit careful if you have a huge car as the drive is a tad narrow. We managed fine in an all-radar Kia Sorento, but if you had an older, longer (+5m) and wider (2m) vehicle it could be interesting as there's a sharp turn and walls on each side of the drive, which is on an incline. But it's well worth the effort to stay in such an accommodating and relaxed B&B.

Steve and Barbara were excellent hosts. Very friendly and personable without being pushy at all. The breakfast was excellent. The building is lovely, really nicely furnished. Nice lounge area and dining room.
The only down side was not having a toilet in my room. It was a bit disruptive having to get up in the middle of the night and go to the separate loo. It was a bit odd having the loo right next to the open entrance to the lounge too, I was a bit self conscious in case someone was sat there and I was going into the loo in my dressing gown.! .. its not really a complaint, more an observation. I should have read the details more carefully.

Steve and Barbara were really welcome and helpful, and the rooms and beds more than met expectations. I was staying the night before my wedding with my groomsmen, and it was an ideal stay in getting us all well rested ahead of time. Steve and Barbara were really flexible in letting us check out late too! Thanks again, the wedding went perfectly and the stay at the Beaumont only helped set things off in the right direction. Only thing was that we ended up having a surprisingly large dinner night before and a later night than planned, so couldn't make breakfast - apologies Barbara for us missing it without notice!
nothing at all!

It was our first experience in a family room with our son. He loved it, but was had to sit in darkness while he fell asleep! Decor was looking a bit tired, but everything was clean. Good extras provided for tea and coffee making. Breakfast was lovely in the conservatory. Full english was on the small side, but still very nice. Lots of additional bits to choose from, such as fresh fruit, cereal, fruit juice. Hosts were very friendly and accomodating.
This is probably true of all shared family rooms, but a screen or curtain across the childs bed would help settle them. Maybe a soft low level light option somewhere in the room, as they were all rather bright spot lights.

First of all the hosts are fantastic very warm and welcoming. The accommodation in general is great, my room was compact being a single, the bed was comfortable and the shower was good. Parking on site is free and plentiful.
Nothing really, I didn't spend a lot of time in the bed & breakfast because I was working longish hours so didn't have time to linger on any potential downsides to the accommodation. The only thing I would say is that the rooms that face the main road do incur noise from traffic passing by but the host do provide ear defenders just in-case this impairs your sleeping ability.

Steve and Barbara were so welcoming, the room was compact but with everything we needed - availability of hot chocolate was a real bonus on a chilly January day, the bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was excellen!
The addition of a black out blind would be a good idea for the room we were in as the window looks out onto a road with bright street lighting. I mentioned this to Steve as a constructive suggestion not a criticism as we slept very well anyway!

A cooked breakfast and cereal, toast, juice and coffee available, but better to arrive early for this. Comfortable room, very quiet, despite very central location - near to Hyde Park, Notting Hill etc. Lots of places to eat nearby. Toilets and showers were separate to our room. Basin and plenty of wardrobe space in the room. No towels or soap provided in the room, but OK if you now in advance.
Just a few more plates, cups, glasses and cutlery needs to be available at breakfast, but if you ask, they will provide these.

The greeting from Barbara and Steve was welcoming and I knew it would be great from then on. The facilities were clean, tidy and cosy. The breakfast was delicious and the atmosphere was lovely. I will return again 100% next time I will try the larger room for comparison however the single ensuite that I stayed in had all that was required and every detail had been thought of. Great recommendation for fish and chips too which I ate in the lounge. Kind and helpful owners. In a quiet place even though just off a main road.
The cold weather lol but luckily my room was toasty warm with the radiator on as I arrived and all night. :)

It was a wonderful stay at the B&B and I was impressed with the friendliness of the hosts. The breakfast was very nice with vegetarian options. It's a bit of a walk from the train station but if you don't mind it, it's not a problem at all! If you're coming by car, there's multiple spots on the premises. Moreover, the house has nice carpets throughout which gives it a very comfy atmosphere.
