While a car park would have been ideal, the rooms were modern, clean and comfortable. Noise from the street, which can be noisy, wasn’t noticeable in the room and the checkout of 11am was perfect for us.

On the website it said you had to check in by midnight. I tried to call the venue as we were heading to a wedding and were unaware of when we would be able to arrive. This was tricky as I never seemed to get an answer when phoning and using the option for the hotel. However when I selected to speak to the bar, I got through straight away and they informed me I could arrive at anytime after 1pm. The venue itself was open until 1am and if it was closed, I could call and someone would be there to let me in. Really my only gripe here is the challenge I had getting in touch which could be super simple fix.

Room was clean and adequate for the night; free water and biscuits was a nice touch. Bathroom was spotless with a large shower. Evening meal and breakfast was one of the better Wetherspoon's I've eaten in. Air con was a nice surprise. Was good value for money considering the price of other hotels in the area. Staff were all friendly and helpful.

Was next to a room where staff had to enter a keycode which kept waking me up. I knew there was no parking on site, but still don't like leaving my car in a public carpark down the road all night.

Great hotel. The building is historic and absolutely full of character. Excellent room. Super comfy, drinks facilities (very generously stocked) and a lovely modern bathroom. Pub itself is superb, with great beers (one of my favourites was on) that are well kept. The Doom Bar (normally an average but pleasant amber ale) tasted fresh and delicious. Food was served quick and was hot and tasty.

Only one tiny grumble. I had to leave around 7, so missed out on a hot breakfast. Great location for town centre and station.

Fabulous room, we had the deluxe room, it's a big room and the ensuite is massive with a bath and separate walk in shower. The black out curtains in the bedroom were brilliant, kept it nice and dark. Price for the night was very good and the location was perfect on the high st. We parked in a car park close by, which had plenty of spaces. The building was the old police station and you can even sit in the cells for dinner. Even though we were above a pub it wasn't noisy. We paid for the cooked breakfast and that was very good. There are a lot of stairs in the building so be aware that you'll need to climb the stairs to the rooms.

The room was so spacious and comfy with excellent shower facilities. There was a lovely amount of snacks and beverages in my room. The staff were brilliant, especially Jayne the Manager- she really went the extra mile to see I was taken care of being heavily pregnant.

I really didn't have any complaints- the lighting , the comfort , everything was good, no noise reached the room at night despite it being part if a pub.

The ROOM was a good size with plenty of facilities. The bed was too hard, and not so comfortable. However, the quality and presentation was fantastic and the housekeeper was so kind and cleaned well and couldn't do enough for us. Well done!. The bathroom was also great, it was big with a lovely shower. Superb!! Check in was cute, with the little cupboard for a reception and they were very welcoming.

There was a strange knocking like slamming behind our bed head wall, fortunately it didn't go on all night!! Could do with a little more information about parking in advance, when driving to you as there is no easy way to approach the building, and where to go to park and cost. As this was confusing and expensive when staying a long week end.

Great staff! I'm always appreciative when staff let me in before check-in time. Fantastic location. Pristine clean. Generous hospitality tray. Nice, modern bathroom. Good AC.

Windows sealed shut (but AC worked). Uncomfortable pillows (but comfortable bed and linen). Room a bit on the smallish side. Would have expected a mini fridge and microwave for the price.

I've stayed here a couple of times with working in the area and love it.. the staff are very friendly and they put me in the executive room and didn't even know wheatherspoons had one but it was massive and clean.. its late check in and check out times and the staff are amazing.. ive paid 100s to stay In rooms no where near as nice

Very clean room and the location in central sittingbourne was ideal. As it is affiliated as a Wetherspoons the food and drink was cheap, with breakfast included. The rooms were well away from the bar so was nice and quiet.

A little more space in the room would have been nice but not really a massive issue as I was just staying for work.

Extremely helpful staff - we had a couple of bikes and they opened up a backyard to be able to store them safely. Amazing value for money, modern and clean room, they've got everything you need. Pub's kitchen works till late, which is a bonus for late arrivals

It's still Wetherspoon, so expect pub-goers till late
