The room & hotel is spotlessly clean and modern decor. The room was spacious with all amenities & a mini bar provided. Nice modern bathroom. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is conveniently located in the technology/mobile phone area, less than 10 minutes walk from the waterfront & markets.

The breakfast buffet is very limited and the waitress is not friendly at all. Coffee is from a dispensing machine and of poor quality as is the juice. There are no sweet pastries or fresh fruit.

Beautifully decorated, comfortable room and bathroom. Friendly and very attentive stuff. The hotel is spotless. I appreciated the free bottles of water although there is a chargable mini bar in the room.

There where few or no hot options at breakfast. Also a bread toster and espresso based coffee from the in house coffeeshop, would be a great addition.

The standard of this hotel is up there with the best in Izmir, with even friendlier staff than most. The staff couldn’t be nicer, more helpful and smiley. We met the hotel owner and it’s no wonder as he was also such a kind man. The rooms are beautiful, super modern and decorated really tastefully. The beds are really comfy, mini bar is well stocked, the air con didn’t let us down and the tv has all the apps so if you opt for a quiet night in you can get logged into all the apps. The bathroom is also gorgeous, with bath slippers, hair drier and big walk in shower. The breakfast was great and there is also a little cafe next door which is perfect for sitting outside and watching the city go by in. The location is fantastic, you can easily get anywhere in the city especially as there is a tram and metro stop not far which are well air conditioned. I couldn’t recommend staying here more, it’s like a home away from home.

Relatively close to the sea. Rooms are generously sized and the junior suite has a very enticing mini-jacuzzi / spa-bath. Breakfast was good and the staff helpful. I had just an overnight stay so I can't comment on the facilities. The bed was very comfortable.

The air-conditioning in the room was cr*p and took ages to get the room down to a temperature suitable for sleep when it was high summer. The mini-bar may as well have been unplugged as it only took the edge off the contents from room temperature.

This is a nice hotel in downtown Izmir. It is more geared to business travelers but tourists can also enjoy a pleasant stay. There is street parking nearby and a 5-10 min walk to the shoreline with many restaurants and a nice scenery. My room was neat, with everything necessary and the shower was excellent.

The breakfast was not up to my expectations. Located in a rather small space next to the reception desk, orange juice was chemical, there was no black tea, only herbal teas; there was very little white bread and no toaster. But plenty of Turkish cheeses, olives, etc. My room was not made up on Sunday. Few bathroom amenities.

New and very clean hotel. Staff is exceptionally helpful and kind. If i will visit Izmir again, i ll choose this hotel for sure

The people at the reception desk were extremely friendly and helpful. Always with a smile and welcoming. The people at breakfast were always prompt and attentive. Ms Fariah does delicious cakes. Rooms were kept super clean. The location is very convenient. A short distance from Tram at Gazi Bulv and metro at Cankaya. Very good choice. Will definitely revisit.

The hotel overall was lovely, location is great for getting around and lots on your doorstep. The room was also lovely and had everything you needed, the cleaning staff also changed towels and cleaned up the room daily very efficiently without you having to ask. Generally all staff were friendly and super helpful if you needed anything.

My room was at the front of the hotel and there was quite a lot of noise from the main road but I think you should expect this anyway given the location so it shouldn't be a surprise. Also on my last evening/morning it seems there was a dog in one of the rooms which was making a lot of noise and woke me early in the morning (I did forget to mention this at checkout so unclear if dogs are actually allowed in the rooms as this did surprise me).

The property was very clean and the staff were kind. The rooms are well designed and spacious. Parking is available next door at the Otopark The breakfast was decent, buffet with no “hot” items but enough to start your day.

The room smelt like smoke but the hotel moved us the next day on request without any issues. Our suggestion is to ask for a non-smoking room beforehand. The air conditioner in the Junior suite is very weak because of its location. Unfortunately no solution for this one. Not as much of a problem with their deluxe rooms where part of our group stayed.

The hotel has a great location, accessible to the city. The front desk was very attentive and amicable. Without asking the supervisor/manager came out to help us with the taxi and our luggage. They were so kind! Helpful, attentive and polite. Breakfast was amazing. Cleanliness was great. We had a situation with the air conditioning but they came quickly and fixed it.
