The location, concept and decoration were amazing. I absolutely love the hotel lobby and the relaxing music plus environment. Every nook and corner of the hotel area offers great photoshoot opportunities. Room is marvellous with comfortable bed and great facilities. Staff are very helpful and friendly too. Will come back whenever we need to travel north again.

The parking was a bit inconvenient, especially for elderly. Not suitable when it rains, coz we need to go up the slippery stairs from parking area, without any covered path to the lobby.

The friendly staff, the cleanliness, the varieties of the breakfast spread, and excellent restaurant staff. Keep it up!

I would rate 10 out of 10 but had to reduce it due to the waiting time for check-in. Our rooms were only ready at 4.30 pm. Then, we placed an order for in-room dining, and it arrived only after we called twice, 1hr and 30mins late. Luckily, the fish and chips were superb!

Beautiful design, comfortable and spacious room. Breakfast spread is also nice. Water park is just next door. Friendly Staff. Weekday stay during the holiday is the best.

Nothing. Everything is great during our stay. But only the communication can be better between staff should be enforced. Every staff should be inline with the procedures or process during check in and check out. Apparently, during check in - I did not receive any blue wrist tag and white access card (for pool and gym usage) During check out, I was asked for the blue wrist tag and white access card which I find quite uncalled for as they should check in the system if my room has been issued with those items.

Great Facilities, But Service Could Be Improved The gym was fantastic — clean, well-equipped, and definitely one of the highlights of the stay. However, there were a few service-related issues. By 5 PM, our room still hadn’t been cleaned. Housekeeping was still working on the room next door. It seems the hotel may be understaffed, and adding more housekeeping staff could help ensure rooms are serviced more promptly. Breakfast was a mixed experience. I ordered apom, but after waiting 40 minutes, it still wasn’t ready. The staff explained the delay was due to a long queue of orders. I eventually gave up. While I understand it was a busy time, a more efficient system or additional kitchen staff could really help improve the experience. Also, I witnessed a fellow guest using his own spoon, licking it, and then using it to scoop food from the buffet. Not the hotel’s fault, of course, but worth noting as it highlights the importance of monitoring buffet hygiene closely. Overall, the hotel has great potential with excellent facilities, but a few operational improvements could really enhance the guest experience.

Need improve during breakfast, staff hotel need bring us to the table that availble or vacant. When i'm asking the staff also don't know which area table ara vacant.

Bertam Resort has an excellent theme and magnificent decorative elements. The best thing about this resort is that the staff are super friendly and helpful. Their warm welcome make us feel like coming to a family reunion. Thanks for providing the xomplimentary towel origami and birthday cake for me to celebrate upon arrival. Everything is memorable about Bertam Resort. From reception --> concierge --> f&b --> housekeeping, everyone never fail to greet us with a genuine smile. Iqbal, warmly served us the welcome drink during check in, and was the last to make us coffee and sandwich to go at check out. Reception was also superb with Iskandar, then the next day, Amir Hamzah provide us with info about Kg Agong. Breakfast has an excellent variety, we especially love the local and traditional delicacies that were included, such like Apom Lenggang, Roti Jala, Serabai and Nasi lemak basmathi. Croissant and pastries are freshly baked too. There are many scenic spots to capture too. The room is clean and cozy, bed and pillows comfortable, even more, treats like peanuts, m&ms and drinks are very much appreciated. We are happy to thank the management personally on the last day. Bravo Bertam Resort Team for a memorable hospitality. Best wishes and we would surely come again in the future.

The pool is extremly nice. However, we had to tolerate quite a handful of children in the adult pool. Perhaps parents can be more mindful that the kiddies pool is there for your kids yo use. Other than that, it would be good to monitor people bringing outside food and eat by the poolside, because it doen not seem right to use the facilities as such, when there is citrus bar to provide f&b needs. Security and parking are great, but during weekend events, guest parking area seemed limited. Maybe, patrons for such events can park at the other side and ferried using buggy to the eventplace. This can avoid fullhouse parking when guest return to the resort at night.

staff are so polite and welcoming. check in and check out process was smooth. room are spacious and clean. the ambience was so nice. pool so beautiful. its so relaxing to talk at night by the pool. food are delicious. option of breakfast buffet are a lot. the croissant is the best, so flaky and buttery. room view are superb. i can see sunrise and sunset evryday from the bed. its soooo good. there is a lot of restaurant nearby for lunch and dinner. overall, this resort are so beautiful.definitely will come again.

unfortunately, there is some construction going on at that time. as the room is not so sound proof, its a bit disturbing to hear drill sound. sometimes, u can hear water sound from the next room's toilet.

The room ambience. the mattress is sturdy. I have a bad back, so the mattress is good

when I arrived around 3.40pm, i am aware there's a huge surge of customers due to the International lean healthcare conference. I queued for my turn to check in with the receptionist, there's some miscommunication between them, asking me to come forward to a certain receptionist when they are not done with the check in of the previous guests. I have to wait for my keys about 20 minutes after registering, I hope this is not the case when there's no conference ongoing. I understand the overwhelming surge of people to check in. plus the walls are not soundproof. Location wise, it's really out of the way unless you have your own ride, the highway is nearby.

The facilities in the resort and ambience are fantastic. The staff are approachable and very friendly.

The resort is located away far away from the island of Penang. Not many activities can be done there except in the Bertam Water Park which is just beside the resort. Only a small Lotus mall, Mydin Hypermarket and eating outlets are found nearby. Restaurants are located nearby too but you need to have your own transport to reach to the places easily. You may have problem getting a Grab back to the resort.

The breakfast experience was somewhat disappointing — the food quality was below expectations, with limited variety and lackluster taste. While a few items were acceptable, overall, the menu needs significant improvement. I suggest that the chef and culinary team revisit and enhance the breakfast offerings to provide a more enjoyable and satisfying start to the day. As for the location, it appears to have limited attractions nearby. Apart from the theme park, there aren't many interesting places to visit in the surrounding area, which may not appeal to guests seeking more diverse activities or sightseeing opportunities. Thank you, and I hope this feedback helps in improving the overall guest experience. However, I would like to commend the Duty Manager, Mr. Anuar. He was exceptionally professional and courteous in attending to guests. I was truly impressed by his dedication and the way he carries out his responsibilities. Congratulations to him for delivering excellent service.

Please improve the quality of the breakfast. It did not meet our standards or expectations.
