Extremely cosy and beautifully in retro style decorated place. The view through the window was amazing, the bed was comfortable, everything was clean and we really found everything we needed. The host and stuff very kind, always easy to contact and very helpful. Sauna and Pool place soo great, i was happy as a child, we really enjoyed it very much. What about the restaurant: we were lucky to get the best table with wonderful view to the lake.. But the food was the real surprise this time!!! We tried grilled fish, meet and some snacks… And tried to eat slowly, because it was so good!!!!! Thank You!!! I’m already dreaming about coming back;)

We had an excellent experience staying at Argo! The room was clean and cozy and the food was exceptional. It was the first time when we had our dinner and breakfast at the same place. The prices were a bit higher but the portion sizes were really good. Breakfast was from the menu and it was really good. We loved the location because it was near the city centre but a little bit further from all the tourists. The room was quiet and the jacuzzi bath in it was really fun. Do recommend!

The parking space was a bit tight but everyone gets a spot.

few things: Location is epic. It is 5-7 min from the bus and train station and literally located on the bank of the lake.It is approx 2 km away from the castle but the walk till there is amazing, small colorful houses, cool bar and chocolate place on the way. The room overlooked the lake, the room is more spacious and the jacuzzi way larger than it seems. The water may start getting colder after some time while filling it in but you can close it for few seconds and then open it again and it will be hot. The restaurant serves delicious Georgian food. I’m Georgian myself and let me tell you, the food was amazing in the restaurant. Recommend trying Kubdari, Acharuli and Georgian salad.

soundproofing could be improved.

The location is halfway between the train/bus station and the Trakai castle making it easy to go to both destinations. The room is quite spacious and I chose the one overlooking the lake. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. In the evening I enjoyed a relaxing drink in front of the lake, and with the setting sun hot air-balloons fill the sky and make for a very scenic and romantic scene. I was very impressed with the food offered by the restaurant. If visiting, make sure to take the mushroom and cheese bake!

I wish that check-in could be earlier than 15:00; for those travelers like myself who plan their Trakai visit on the early side. This means having a place to safely leave belongings behind whilst visiting the area. Nonetheless, I appreciate the fact that the person doing check-in was only be available during that time.

The place is great. Located very close to the lake. It has a lovely terrace to have a meal at the restaurant. Has free parking. The staff was very very nice and helpful. I would be more than happy to come back there again.

Just a very minor thing: it would have been nice to have a kettle in the room as I'm a tea lover. But the staff said they should soon have those and nicely offered to come and get some hot water at the restaurant.

Wonderful lakeside location, superfriendly staff and stylish room. The cosy hotel has an excellent Georgian Cuisine. From the dining terrace you have a great view. Close to Trakai Castle and nice beaches in quiet Trakai. Parking is nearby. Great place to explore Trakai and Vilnius. We spent three nights.

Everything nice.

The place is beautiful, very quiet and has a private access to swim in the lake or to just sit and watch the water birds. It has great terraces to have breakfast, meals or drinks. Retro style room was very clean and had a lake view. Nice shower and AC, pleasant staff, including the smiling housekeeper. We will be back for more than just one night!

Excellent location with beautiful views from the window and street terrace. The hotel is located overlooking the lake. The price includes breakfast with a choice of several very decent dishes, for which you would have to pay a lot of money in the establishment. It's cozy and offers late check-in, plus free parking.

Small room, no kitchen equipment or utensils. This is not critical for short-term stays, but may be inconvenient for long-term stays.

Nothing turns down the mood as much as long check-in process. And that was not the case in Argo Trakai. Few minutes and we were in the room, enjoying beautiful view to the lake. Restaurant is small and cozy, offering great selection of Georgian dishes - I was really impressed by the variety of choices. If You like dry wine, recommend to try at least a glass of Georgian, which they have both, white and red. I tried the red one and it went really well with any dish we ordered. And trust me - select the best room number what they offer. You will not regret this. Super comfy bed, lots of space, fancy decor and, of course, who needs pool when You get a huge jacuzzi in the middle of Your room?

Speaking about pool, we wanted it still:) And that experience is actually related with the only flaw we could find. We talked with the husband, that the whole experience is still a 10 out of 10, even though we were lost and scared a bit during the pool time. Long story short, electricity room is what scared us as it was making noises. Also, nor bubbles in the bathtub, nor jet massage pipes were working in the main pool. We made a conclusion that maybe guests that were celebrating previous Saturday night did something, so, informed the owners and still had a great time.

If there was a rating higher than 10, then I'd happily select it! Such a comfortable stay, simply beautiful interiors. The pictures don't do justice to the little details that make Argo Trakai so special. Be sure to book the rooms with the lake view, (although the common restaurant areas are right by the lake too). The staff are helpful and friendly, and the food in the restaurant is marvelous too. Supermarkets are a stones throw away too..
