The host Ignas was amazing. A nice and smiling man, whatever we wanted and asked, he helped us, with everything.The room was spacious and cozy. Tastefully decorated and comfortable. Breakfast was served in the room and was excellent. Just what you need. There is a great coffee machine in the hallway.

The apartment is located by the river at the edge of the old city, a little far from the center of things (although it is within walking distance) and the apartment is on the third floor without an elevator, but our amazing host Ignas helped us with everything, even with the luggage.

Forget everything you thought you knew about great hotel stays — The Joseph is in a league of its own. From the moment you walk in, you can feel the difference: high-quality materials everywhere, stylish design, and a real sense of comfort. Our room was exceptionally comfortable, perfectly soundproofed, and sparkling clean. The bed was so cozy, with soft, luxurious sheets, and the gentle background music from the speakers made it feel even more special. The location is spot-on — just a short walk to the main attractions and some lovely spots by the river to sit and unwind. Breakfasts were a real treat: fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. And the staff? Absolute top class — friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming. Long story short: The Joseph isn’t just a place to stay. It’s an experience you’ll be comparing every future trip to!

Nice location, close to the city center, rooms wirh view to the beautiful riverside. Well configured and decorated rooms.

Pity that there is not elevator. Rooms are lacking coffe maker. The policy regarding the parking is strange. While booking it was mentioned as free. We arrived two friends with 2 separate rooms. Parking was not free but under the price of 20€ per day which is reasonable. A better and clear communication on the matter before even booking (free under declined specific conditions) would sort it out way better.

The hotel is located on a beautiful street next to the Neris River; you are greeted by a lovely view through your windows every morning. The location is also really convenient—if you want to walk and explore the old town, wander on the beautiful Neris riverbank, or drive somewhere further away like Trakai, the location is perfect. A really homey breakfast is served to your room at your agreed-upon time, which makes your mornings really easy. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodated any of our requests.

It's a small hotel, so you don't have standard facilities like a gym or a restaurant, but given its location, that wasn't an issue for us.

Clean, not far from centre, good taste in the design and decoration, coffee machine in the aisle (one coffee for free per day)

Check in was a bit rushed and swift especially considering that when you get up there at 4th floor without lift and all luggages, you should be provided one moment to take breath & orienting rather than running behind the host (which over the stay revealed himself - overall - as a cold but kind person) just wanting to hand you the room keys clearly counting the seconds to say goodbye. 2 towels for 3 nights stay is a too tight supply especially for an hotel that position itself in superior range..had to ask twice in order to get an extra one and seemed to be given as a favour… :-( Lack of Tea/Coffee boiler in the room

Overaly it is very pleasant place to stay and would recommend it, if the few minor weak points would not mind you. What I did like: - super clean room - very well renovated using premium materials and top quality installation - very comfortable large bed - quiet room even if it is right above the busy street - friendly and helpful staff - coffee machine in the hall with very good coffee - tasty breakfast (although limited selection) - TV with Netflix and Prime - nice view to the river - it is more Airbnb than a hotel

Considering the price I also have to state a few negatives, although in my case they did worsen my experience only slightly: - the house looks scary from the outside - old, worn, unmaintained - rooms are on the 3rd floor with no elevator - might be complication for some - breakfast served to the room since there is no restaurant. No choice possible, you just get what you get (scrumbled eggs, bread, half of tomato, jam, butter, grapes, orange juice, coffee). But everything was very tasteful. - location might be a negative for someone - it is more Airbnb than a hotel

First of all, I would like to thank the hotel staff and especially Ignas for making our stay in Vilnius unforgettable. Ignas hospitality skills had definitely exceeded our expectations! Regarding the hotel itself - only positive feedback. The lobby and the room gave luxurious vibes as soon as we stepped in, everything looked clean and very well maintained. Great attention to small details and decorations instantly made us feel very relaxed as well as the bed which was incredibly comfortable.

A lovely apartment clean and cozy. Friendly staff and stylish interiors. Walkable close distance to the cathedral square where walk tours and day tour meeting spot tends to be. Free coffee and tea in the hallway, water jug in the room. They recommend places to go as well as restaurants. One of the recent michelin star place was great and would not have spotted it if not recommended.

The entrance to the building was a bit confusing. I had a friendly neighbor within the same building showing me the way. There's no elevators and you'd need to climb quite some stairs, so if you are planning to arrive with baggage you need support with, better to organize arrival and departure during the reception hours. I was lucky enough to have the staff help me both ways.

The host was very kind and helpful. We deeply appreciated the hospitality. It was also very thoughtful of Ignas and his team to prepare a fast breakfast for us, when we left for our flight very early in the morning. The room was really spacious and comfortable, the view over the river was great, we enjoyed the delicious breakfasts at the window. If you want a calm and rather private hotel, with less guests and people walking around, definitely recommend it. Also really close to all the important tourist attractions in Vilnius!

It is very close to the city center and was easy to reach by bus from the airport. The room was in Perfect condition and all facilities worked very well.

By the time we visited, there was a rather large construction site right next to the building which meant that we were woken up by hammering on some days. During the night, however, it was quite calm thanks to the elevation of the room (3rd floor) and that the window opened to the backyard.
