The hotel is located in a convenient area for those who come with a car. It's easy to go hiking in and out of Vilnius. Free and convenient parking on site. Breakfast is standard but adequate and clean.

The room is small, very small. The room is about 3 meters wide. Quite crowded. The bed is of a poor standard. A firm mattress 15 centimeters thick on a simple wooden frame. Maybe it's part of the trend of simplicity and minimalism, but not for a comfortable and pleasant sleep. There is only one chair in the room and there is no real table to sit on. The shower is clean but for some reason it is not possible to adjust the temperature of the water. The water temperature is constantly changing from very hot to cool without shaking the handle and I found myself jumping in and out of the stream according to the changes.

Very clean and tidy place. Breakfasts were OK for the price. Easy access to the city center, even though it's a bit far away. I recommend using electric scooters which are readily available close to the hotel. There's a free parking lot for the guests.

The staff speaks very little English. The restaurant staff speaks next to none. Checking in & out or getting some advice on how to navigate the city at the reception was time consuming and difficult. We lost a pouch with money and an ID on the premises and the receptionist couldn't communicate well enough to take in the report, so they could notify us if found.

We stayed at Urbihop Hotel with a group of ten people for Comic Con Baltics in Vilnius. We booked our rooms well in advance, and the hotel was very organized, asking us for the guest list a few weeks prior. The check-in process was quick and smooth, and the staff was friendly and efficient. The rooms were fantastic—clean, comfortable beds, great lighting, and a wonderful view from the windows. The bathroom had all the necessary amenities, including a shower, sink, and hairdryer, which made our stay very comfortable. Although we didn’t get a chance to visit the spa, we enjoyed the cozy bar downstairs, where we could relax with some drinks and snacks even though the kitchen was closed. We didn't encounter any major issues during our stay. Everything was well-organized, and the hotel provided a great experience overall. We left with very positive impressions and would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to relax and have a great time in Vilnius.

The hotel’s staff is friendly, room furnishing is very simple but more or less sufficient for travellers staying a couple of nights, there are comfy beds, a large bathroom, various channels in many languages on TV, and last but not least, vast parking in front of the hotel. Breakfast is very nourishing and tasty, there are abundant meals choices. The location of the hotel is rather far from the centre of Vilnius but there is good public transportation in the city as for people coming with a car this is not a problem at all. Surroundings of the hotel cast calm and peaceful frame of mind due to presence of two very large and beautiful cemeteries on both sides of the hotel area (take it as a joke).

Paying a tribute to all the advantages of the hotel written above, it is worth to mention some disadvantages. As it is in many hotels worldwide paying attention to details is sometimes neglected. There were just three hangers for clothes which were not enough in winter time also taking into consideration that one of the two guests in the room was a lady as well as that there were no other facilities or places to hang or put ones’ clothes. The second imperfection was in the bathroom. The niche space of shower was covered with a hanged curtain of plastic which moved inside the niche at times and stuck to the body while using the shower. This was not a pleasant feeling as you may guess.

Nice, quite new (?) hotel. Good basic breakfast. Green areas close. Easy to find. Pet friendly. Spacious room, but would hope some bench or something, where to keep baggages. Would surely come back.

Soundproof wasnt very good as we listened neighbour sneezing :) Yes, there was big parking place but during some sport event in sport hall which is next to hotel, there was difficoult to get parking place. There was also closed parking place front of hotel, but I wasnt possible to buy place there.

Location is good if you have a car, no issues finding a parking spot, all staff are very friendly, attached to the tennis courts (but lacks info and feels like a majorly missed opportunity on cross selling). Restaurant food is good. Good value for the money.

Weekend breakfast was very slow to be refilled, you'd have to sometimes wait for 15 min and if you get later - half is gone and not replenished, although, no such issues were noticed during the weekday. It's personal preference, but the bed was very uncomfortable as it was way too soft. Room on a smaller size.

The breakfast was good, there was all that usually you would like to have (sweet and sour). Room was clean and there was not hot sun entering the room (which is nice). Great soap/shampoo - smells beautifully. Free parking. There is big park/forest close to the hotel. I would recommend this hotel. (:

Breakfast coffee was bad (but there was next to breakfast another coffee (for money)....so it was maybe better. I missed fresh fruit pieces (: I got one towel (1 of 4 towels in our room) with brown stains - it was washed, but there was stains (and it was a bit' torn). The air conditioner was blowing directly to person in bed (even my husband who loves 'chill' - he was sad in the morning). Check the location before booking, because even do we walked a lot (and there is big park next to the hotel (not the grave, but bit' further)) - this may not be for everyone.

Excellent location, if you like shopping Akropolis and Panorama are within walking distance. City centre €5 in the taxi. Bar downstairs serves tasty and cheap food, delicious salads.

I stayed for 6 nights, my room didn’t get serviced once. There was no “clean my room” sign I could hang outside my door. I was gone all day nearly everyday hoping that my room would get cleaned by the time I come back, but that didn’t happen. Don’t know what was the reason. Breakfast was edible. Poor WiFi on 6th floor. Was using my data. It wasn’t really a problem just strange, considering Vilnius is claiming to have one of the fastest WiFi in the world.

This is a nice hotel located outside the city center, with a 5-10 minute Bolt ride to reach downtown. The hotel provides a strong Wi-Fi signal, and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. There's also a bar on the ground floor, open until midnight.

The room was slightly smaller than I had anticipated and lacked a few essentials, in my opinion - an iron, a mini fridge, and a full-length mirror (there's only one in the bathroom). The breakfast was decent, but if you opt for a later time, some items may no longer be available, so it's best to go early!
