Clean room, clean property, comfy bed. Sunday morning front desk lady was the only one who smiled and told us to have a good day and safe travels.

Had confirmation of double bed suite. Checked in and was given single bed. Showed confirmation and was told it was a booking.com issue not a hotel issue. Rather than try to argue I asked how can we rectify and she said I could pay 180 extra dollars to get a room that I had a confirmation for. Not a fun first few hours in town after an almost 9 hour drive. No apologies for any mix up, no smile or even a cordial attitude. Site showed breakfast and when I asked, she did not even look at me and just said no, and walked to the back to turn her music back up.

The location was far enough off of the highway which made it a nice quiet spot. The staff was friendly and helpful. I was traveling alone but I felt safe. I was only there one night and I enjoyed my stay.

I was in a handicap room which was fine but the shower curtain wasn’t low enough to keep the water from going out onto the floor. I had to mop up water with towels. The water pressure was low so my shower took longer to feel like I got all of the soap off.

I enjoyed most everything about Mainstay. The breakfast was amazing, so many options to choose from.They serve coffee all day and night! The room was clean and comfortable and plenty of space. The staff were extremely nice and helpful! I will be staying there again sometime.

I don't think there was anything I didn't like.

The entrance doors that are convenient to your room are not accessible to come back in but can go out the hotel do not want you to prop the doors open only the main entrance door in the lobby and the door on the opposite entrance of the lobby works with your card other than that the hotel is good

Room was nice. Very spacious and clean.

It could of been specified that the property did not accept cash, cashapp, chime, venmo, applepay, etc before booking the stay...Then when I brought in the requested way to pay, then all of a sudden the system was down. The check-in experience could of gone smoother.

This was a really nice place to stay, especially for the price. They had all if ammentities that are listed on the website and the staff was really nice and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay and will be staying again!

There was not anything i did not like about the property. It was a great place to stay!

Room wasn’t fully cleaned when we arrived. Something splattered on side of fridge, dirty dishes in dishwasher, floor needed mopped in bathroom and kitchenette. Cable went out at one point, so I called the front desk and was told I’d need to check the connections behind the tv which was attached to wall. Disappointed that there was no breakfast.

Very large room with great kitchen. Had two TVs one in the living area and one in the enclosed bedroom. Great location right off the interstate and in the upscale Cary suburb. Yet is was quiet and only a few miles from downtown Raleigh!

They did not change linens/or provide fresh towels even after we asked, but that maybe the nature of a long stay hotel. We had to ask for additional toilet paper at the front desk which the attendant gave us immediately and she was very friendly. Did find one small roach in the bathroom but otherwise the hotel and room were clean.

The location is good and pretty quiet. The staff I encountered was very friendly. It was a decent stay for the price, and considering they are going through renovations.

I understand they are going through a major renovation, but whoever is doing the work for them could be better about where they leave the debris. In the hallway isn't that great of a place for things like that to be. I also hope they replace the bedframes soon. Mine was a little rocky if you set on the bottom edge.

I didn’t realize there was breakfast!

Wish there were snacks or drinks somewhere in the location. And didn’t know breakfast was offered. But everything else was so nice.
