I have to write this review (my first review ever on booking.com!) to thank the management of Mennica Central Apartments for its wonderful service and for making my stay in Warsaw super comfortable and happy. This apartment was perfect, from the location to the facilities, amenities, cleanliness and extra services provided. I arrived in Warsaw in the morning without accommodation and booked this Apartment online, then made a call to the Apartment to ask for early check-in. Customer service was very kind and responsive and I was allowed check-in and given the access code within 20 minutes, much to my relief and appreciation. The apartment itself was perfection. I booked a 1 bedroom apartment with a sofa bed and kitchenette for my 4 days stay. It was spacious and very clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable and we slept very well. The kitchen has everything one would need and there was a dining table, a large tv with Netflix and YT in the living room (plus another smaller tv in the bedroom), air conditioning, a balcony and a large bathroom with nice showers. I really loved the bathroom because it was very clean and well lit up, the lighting I felt was just perfect (especially for putting on make up) and there was hot and cold water in both the bathroom and kitchenette taps. On the second day, we asked for extra towels, soaps, coffee, tea and sugar sachets and these were provided expeditiously. We also booked breakfast and they were packed well, very filling and delivered every morning to our door. I would rate this apartment 10/10 if I could. And I wish to thank the management again for accommodating all our needs and for its excellent service. You made our Warsaw stay memorable and truly comfortable. I highly recommend the Mennica Central Apartments if you are looking for accommodation in Warsaw. It's perfection! 🥰

It all went well with this property! Very good transports links within minutes, amenities shop just downstairs, good view, amazing bed... It just had everything you need. HUGE DZIEKUJE for the lady who came to pick me up from a different building. I will definitely stay here again!

Nothing could have been better, however picking up keys was a bit difficult to me. Not sure if I was the only person finding this a bit of an issue, but I believe you should place a few tips of where is your reception area to pick up the cards. But thank you so much for the lady who came to pick me up! Dziekuje bardzo!

The location of the apartment was great - in a vibrant neighbourhood, basically in the city centre, close to the main attractions. Lots of food options nearby. The flat was quiet and well equipped (kitchen had all the appliances we needed and bathroom too). Clean and modern.

As the previous guests mentioned - it was difficult to get the keys. It did not say clearly what are we supposed to do at the arrival so we just went to the location but you cannot enter the building withot a key. We called the owner on the phone and someone came to pick us up but it took about 10-15 minutes and it was an awkward wait with a baby and all our belongings. The flat had some minor issues - the balcony door was very hard to open/close, the A/C had a weird smell and the shower outlet was mostly blocked.

The walls and decorations of the apartment itself was the first thing that caught my eyes the way how gorgeous they were, the AC,washing machine and beds were excellent too

This is the first time I tried taking breakfast from the host in an apartment, it was quiet disappointing, it came without a drink or any refreshments, I won’t recommend taking breakfast with the apartment

The location is just great - city center, a lot of cafes, restaurants, shops in the walking distance. The windows went to a busy street, but we didn't hear the cars inside at all. We easily got the keys ourselves although the host wasn't able to meet us. Good that there is a garage with a parking place that can be booked.

You can hear the neighbours pretty well through the walls. There weren't any paper towels or just towels in the kitchen. No hand towel in the bathroom. Pretty small blanket for two people.

It's confusing that some of the entrance doors are on different streets, also entrance door number IV was difficult to find because the entrance doors are not in numerical order: 3,5 then 4

Breakfast - it was good for the first day, but eating the same breakfast for 6 days irritated me a bit

The apartment was very modern, smart TVs with Netflix on in both the living room and bedroom. Air conditioning was also a bonus due to the 30 degree heat.

The mattress was 2 singles zipped together so you could feel it when you slept in the middle but not enough to disturb your sleep.

Nice new apartment. Good appliances. Very comfortable.

I was supposed to have access to a parking space but the staff didn't have information about it. We got the wrong number of towels. Both things were only fixed the next day. But we got the parking for free as compensation.

A comfortable apartement close to the center. But don't forgget anything valuable there upon leaving since you won't never get it back. It was very dissapointing when they tried make fool of you pretending they haven't found nothing there.
