Spacious room, comfortable bed

The room I got was located on the first floor, next to restaurant and it’s a/c, view to the yeard/wall.. very disappointing. Room bit overdecorated.

I had a wonderful 5 days in this wonderful hotel. Very tasty food. Very polite staff. Liked literally everything. The hotel is located in the very center, all the healing springs are nearby. I'd give this place 5 stars, rather than 4. I will definitely come again.

Location, kindness of staff, breakfast

The rooms were very nice and clean, and I especially appreciated the small gift at departure — a thoughtful touch. However, I was disappointed by being charged for my small dog after the receptionist had initially suggested it would be free. These details and the ones described below unfortunately lowered my overall impression, though the hotel itself has potential for an even better experience.

I did not appreciate that the manager ran after me to ask for payment for my small dog, when the receptionist had initially suggested — or at least led me to believe — that it would be free of charge. I was also disappointed by the misleading “wellness included” offer, as jacuzzi use was strictly limited to a maximum of 15 minutes, which felt unnecessarily restrictive.

Position of the hotel is very central. We got an upgrade on our arrival and got a very cosy, quite room. Staff were very friendly and hotel spa facilities are nice.

I really do not like germen double but this is just my thing. I would prefere proper doulbe bed. Breakfast was good but for 4 star hotel we would expect bit more choice and definitely better coffee. Please change the coffee machine.

Everything was nice , but in the end was like not so much nice ..as we know we should check out at 14 o'clock as we have the info in our booking..we came back at 13 and they said you must check out now ..its on 12 not 14 we change it already ..the question is why you didn't inform us ! And our room card was already closed 😑..there is no parking spot or something belong to the hotel we paid almost 800 czk for 2 nights.

I was little disappointed with the lack of English spoken in the hotel. The spa staff only spoke Russian and had to communicate with them via google translate. The spa was also disappointing for it being in a spa town. To be honest, i would probably pick a different hotel if i go back
