We stayed in the hotel for 8 days, rooms are spacious and clean, with balcony’s, terrace and even a kitchen. Great Swimmingpool and sauna. Location is in the middle of the centrum, everything is reachable within short minutes. Very friendly staff.

One half star minus is the breakfast and coffee, which is always the same and coffee is not drinkable. Apparently if you stay longer you can request additional dishes for the breakfast, but it wasn’t mentioned anywhere :( Another half star minus is the restaurant for the wine selection.

This is a premium, luxury hotel in the pinpoint perfect center location of the beautiful city of Karlovy Vary. We were traveling as a family of 4 adults and booked the fabulous, clean, roomy, two-story penthouse. Two bathrooms made things much easier. Robes, slippers, great service - everything was exceptional. Staff was kind and attentive. Pool and spa were lovely.

Very disappointing was this: when we booked on booking.com, every listing for the Promenáda Romantic Hotel bore a green banner across the listing saying "Breakfast Included." I was excited about breakfast being included and booked the hotel. When I received my booking confirmation, however, it stated that breakfast was 13€ per person. Confused, I messaged the property and they said breakfast was not included with my reservation. I contacted customer service at booking.com and they confirmed that the listing I booked had the banner saying "Breakfast Included." They contacted the property on my behalf, but the hotel said no breakfast was included in my reservation. I am still confused about why this happened but accepted it and kept the reservation.

Very good location, spacious rooms, comfortable beds, good towels and robes

The main room is really empty. There should be more hangers, comfortable chairs and tables ,pictures on the wall. There was no basic coffee or tea. They charged us for parking 20 EUR per day even though it says it’s free for hotel guests in the hotel policy book in the room. The pool is smaller than it looks in the pictures, not wam enough.

The quality and service are simply decent. The interior design is very good looking and cozy. Staff is thoughtful, breakfast is rich and delicious, location is great, and the pool is amazing!

The hotel can be more eco-friendly oriented. For example, use a larger container for shower and shampoo etc. instead of the tiny plastic bottles, use liquid soup instead of a solid one wrapped in a plastic packaging, I used it for a short stay which made me feel guilty, I do hope it is somehow recyclable. Moreover, I don’t think it is necessary to wrap the bathrobes and shoes in a plastic bag. It might be out of hygienic reason but I’ve stayed in many other 4star hotels and most of them don’t do it, which is totally acceptable. I didn’t use the bathrobe purely because I didn’t want to waste the plastic packing.

We spent a weekend in Karlovy Vary and were very pleased with the accommodation in Promenada Romantic Hotel. Great location in the city centre, but nevertheless quiet during the night, very friendly staff and comfortable rooms. Hotel has an indoor pool and a small sauna. The breakfast was good with many choices. We also recommend the restaurant in the hotel. The dinner there was a memorable experience.

Excellent location, excellent breakfast, but not too many amenities available and you have to ask receptionist for keys every time you want to use pool or sauna. Also property didn’t provide transfers from the airport.

Overall we are pleased with our stay. There are some minor inconsistencies, but not really annoying. Staff was nice

My family stayed and had a dinner. As many reviewers mentioned on this website and google maps, dinner was fantastic. Also, rooms were very spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was better than expected.

I don't think swimming pool was also as expected. Temperature of water was not warm.

The only comment we have is that instead of a double bed, there were two mattrasses. For a hotel with "Romantic" in its name, it would be better to have a single mattrass. Other than that, it was fab.

The position of the the hotel is fantastic, just step out and you are in the city center. We also enjoyed the restaurant, the food was great and the staff there super friendly and helpful. The pool is fantastic, looks much better in reality than in the pictures

Most members of the staff were kind and helpful, still there was an exception were we felt the receptionist didn't like to talk with us and help us.

Great location; comfortable beds; quiet rooms. The restaurant is exceptional

Breakfast is quite poor but ok for that price. What we didn’t like was the shower in one of the rooms (203) - old stained shower cabin, old hardly functioning shower head, it’s hard to adjust the water temperature.
