The location is very good. The bed is comfortable. All facilities are in working order. The room and premises are clean and tidy. The staff are willing to answer questions and help you.
There is no coffee, no working vending machines, no washer/dryers on the premises. No services. Coffee and breakfast bars / vending machines would help improve comfort and the cost to stay.

Location was convenient to Metcalf the main boulevard and near highway
Heating was very poorly enginered in the room ot was cold even with the heat at 80 degrees. There was someone's Y-Shirt behind the bathroom door so that tells me the room was not cleaned thoroughly. The paint on the door of bathroom peeling badly.

Newly remodeled, nasty carpet was gone. Looked really nice and crisp. Not old and run down.
Pillows not comfortable and not enough for a king bed, only 3. They were small and not full/firm enough. The bed was good and firm. No TV guide info and the remote was hard to read. Bring a magnifying glass if you have trouble with small print.

great at accommodating requests. no problems during stay. location and accessibility were great.
no microwave, fridge, coffee. the little things that add to the hotel enjoyment experience. I've had much worse to complain about while staying in bad hotels. Overall a win

My room they don't change my blankets. Have dogs hair on the bed. Blanket was burning with cigarettes they use the same one .. I found hair on the shower. And sinks....
