Location is ideal. There’s a water sports renting centre on site and guided tours. There’s also a pub/restaurant. Lots to do there including disc golf and mini golf. It’s near enough to drive to a couple of villages for more variety/shops. We stayed in a camping pod with our dog, which was quite basic but that is what we were expecting. There was a fire pit and a table, fridge, kettle, microwave although we mostly ate out. There were lots of different types of accommodation on site, with the bigger lodges being nearer the loch and restaurant.
Midges - bring some DEET spray. Camping pods a bit tired in places but they were clean.

Excellent location on the waterfront (did request a good view), made it easy to carry paddle board/kayak to the water. Was very clean-which I also added to the special requests as had previous bad experience in a different lodge. Totally different this time even though both were a “signature” lodge. I really hope this is now the standard of all lodges as makes such a difference. Great singer/entertainment on the Saturday night. Bedrooms were made up as 2 double beds and we required 2 singles for one room instead, staff were very obliging and quick to respond.
The showers could have been a bit more powerful and free WiFi would have been good although we were out on the loch for a lot of our stay so didn’t matter too much. Possibly a bit more entertainment for our teenagers would be good, they played disc golf the previous stay and didn’t want to again and the putting green didn’t impress them enough to play but they were happy mainly to do the water activities.

The location was very nice, the Lodge was nice. Ideal for the areas we wanted to visit during our stay.
The Lodge smelt strongly of fish from the time we arrived. I did complain about the smell and house keeping came in to spray airfreshner while we were out. This didn't cure the problem which lasted for all of our stay. We also had an issue with the TV not working, maintenance came in whille we were out for the day and partly solved the problem but we still couldn't watch anything other than live tv, no netflix etc. One of the issues was there were 4 remote controls and the tv boxes were hidden behind a 2 seater sofa which was covering the shelf on a console table. You wouldn't know they were where there without having to move furniture to get to them which we wouldn't have done. During our stay we didn't see any staff.

I enjoyed everything, the cabin was very nice, plenty of space for 2 people, kitchen facilities were good, nice size bed in the cabin, the hot tub was very nice aswell, and easy to operate, only thing was the midges, which you cant help with obviously, but i just came back with a couple itchy marks haha. There was a log burning heater in the facility too, and they provided the wood and kindling and such, however it was a warm couple days we stayed so wasnt necessary, besides i dont think id have to skills to make a fire anyways haha. The whole area is quite large with different type of housing, and at the bottom there is access to a lake where you can also enjoy activities like canoeing and gorge walking etc, with a restaurant. besides that I think closes villag was about a 10 min drive away. overall very enjoyable.
minor inconvenience was that there wasnt any soap for like hand washing, although i had brought my own toiletries, and had to pay for your own wifi (£3-5 for 3 days.) however this was glamping and not a hotel, so not a big deal for me, but thought id meantion it.

We absolutely LOVED our stay at Loch Tay Highland Lodges and Glamping. It well exceeded our expectations. We stayed in the very basic glamping pod but was surprised to see how well equipped. There was a kettle, microwave and mini fridge. Exceptional value for money. Showers were hot and strong, the kitchen facilities were pleasant and well stocked. The surrounding area is gorgeous. My daughter (4) would have been happy just staying on the site the whole time. There is a small play park, beachy bit, river with wooded area. Lots that young and old can enjoy. There is also activities you can book, which would be great for the older ones. My ONLY bit of feedback, which didn’t bother me at all because of the price and the amazing location, is that the pod could use a fresh coat of paint, and when you open the windows there is a bit of cleaning that could be done. The pod could do with a couple of hooks to hang coats, towels etc. as well. Would highly recommend and plan to be back multiple times this year.

My recent stay at Loch Tay Lodge nestled within the breathtaking Milton Morenish estate was nothing short of serendipitous perfection. After a few adjustments with the lodging, I was enveloped by an air of tranquillity, as though the lodge itself was an extension of the most beautiful natural surroundings Scotland has to offer. The estate's meticulous attention to detail, both in its design and in its service, creates an atmosphere of understated elegance. The lodge's interiors effortlessly blend modern sophistication with rustic charm, every corner revealing thoughtful touches that whisper luxury. Waking up to the serene beauty of the cabin and surrounding hills was a daily indulgence, as if nature herself conspired to present her finest. Loch Tay Lodge is not just a place to stay; it is an experience that lingers in the soul long after departure. For those seeking a retreat that harmonizes with nature's grandeur while offering the pinnacle of comfort, this exquisite haven is a serendipitous find indeed.

Everything was (almost) perfect - lovely dining in the Boathouse eased us into the first night and we found the entire site to be exceptionally clean and tidy, especially the shower and toilet facilities. The cabin had all that we needed for a short stay and staff were friendly and eager to help us settle in. Perfect for wee get-away trips! The best thing was the fire pit and barbecue plate! Thanks for a lovely stay. We look forward to returning sometime soon!
No tv on the first night, when it was pouring down but fixed the next day.

Gorgeous location, good facilities in the en suite glamping pod. Good kitchen facilities. Bathroom adequate. Mattress was uncomfortable. No light at hot tub so difficult to use at night, Cleaning could have been slightly improved. No door mat in pod and we arrived in torrential rain on Hogmanay so the place was soaked bringing bags in. Overall a great stay. Have booked to return next year, but would definitely appreciate a light at hot tub for night use. Staff lovely and helpful. View and scenery magnificent. Killin village is just beautiful.
As mentioned above. A few small improvements could be helpful.

Amazing location, great base for hillwalking or other activities around Loch Tay. Very friendly staff, immediately fixed an issue we had encountered and great communication. We arrived to warm, clean amenities and the kitchenette is provided with a sponge, some cloths and washing up liquid. The fridge had a little freezer compartment which was great. Good mobile service throughout park. Hot chocolate at the Boathouse was delicious!
"Basic kitchen utensils" are available however no cutting knives or hand soap provided so be sure to take these with you (though there is a chopping board!). A dish rack could also be useful. Need to pay for wifi unless you have own data but this is stated in the booklet. Need to open windows while cooking as fire alarm can be set off quite quickly.
