There were some lovely touches, like binoculars and the s'mores kits. Everyone parked their cars around the back of the cabins which meant the street in front was car free, which was nice. The communal fires and hammocks were also appreciated, the fires were lit in the evening automatically. We stayed in a single room with kitchenette, we were rather squashed and I regretted not getting a larger cabin for four people.

Our cabin was dark as the only large window was at the short end of the cabin and could have been cleaner, we found an empty water bottle under one of the side tables. The kitchen wasn't very well equipped with only three bowls.

The size of the cabin, the porch, the services (free laundry, free biscuits and fruit, etc). The location is so close to the west entrance that you'll avoid the queue. The staff. The bed is quite comfortable and has great pillows. The quiet.

The carpet is not cleaned as it should. It is full of dust as well as the headboard of the bed. I'm just slightly allergic to dust, and I couldn't breathe after a few hours of sleep. It needs a much deeper cleansing and replacing the headboard of the bed with something not in fabric.

I liked the quaintness of the cabins and how you were only around 6 or so other cabins. The cabin itself was spacious enough for 4 people and was really nice to have 2 separate rooms.

It wasn't an issue but I could see how it would be that there could be more availability for parking, especially in the winter with snow, it is not ideal to have to park elsewhere and walk.

We loved the cabin; it was very clean and comfortable. The beds were super comfortable, and they gave us little smore kits for the two nights we stayed. The location is great, you are within walking distance of the shops, Grizzly Wolf Discovery Center, The Museum of Yellowstone, and your less then a mile from the park entrance. We go to Yellowstone every spring, and plan on making this property our base camp from now on.

I was a little disappointed that we didn’t have a full-size refrigerator. With the stove and all the kitchen amenities, we planned on cooking the whole time, but the tiny hotel room fridge made storing our things, needing to stay cold a challenge.

Great private location. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. S’mores were a great addition. No breakfast included but could access if you went to the main building. Coffee and hot chocolate available in cabin. Free laundry in main building was appreciated.

No oven or air fryer. Should be something to cook with when advertised as kitchenette. All we had to cook with was a frypan without a lid. Not ideal. Reception Staff were a bit abrupt and not necessarily helpful. I was asking about a ski mobile tour in Yellowstone and was told it was not yet running as there was no snow. This was very incorrect - lucky I made further enquiries.

Very close to Yellowstone. Nice cabin. Fire pit outside was nice touch.

Wifi was slow. Housekeeping did not change towels and do housekeeping after being asked. Desk said it was recorded but housekeeping never did it. Front desk did not send a receipt but may have had the wrong address from booking.com. Front desk person was very abrupt on answers and replies. When front desk was later called, they said they could not provide a receipt because of some arrangement with booking.com. This was totally incorrect. After contacting booking.com a receipt was sent. Booking.com said they may have given the wrong email address.

The location is perfect and only a couple of minutes to the park. We love that we can bring our dog. The cabins are super cozy and you feel like you are in the wilderness even though you are in town surrounded by other hotels.

The cabin could be cleaner, we stayed last year and thought the same thing. There was dust and crumbs all around the edges of the living room and bathroom. The floor is super dirty too so we just wore our shoes the whole time. The poor little freezer needs a good defrost.

We loved the 2 bedroom cabin, very roomy for the 2 of us and our dog. All of the amenities you could need, microwave, coffee maker, electric stove cook top, ice maker small fridge/freezer. Bathroom was decent size with full size shower. Primary bedroom very large with large flat screen tv, closet with plenty of storage second bedroom decent size with its own closet. Nice size front porch to sit on. Vey well stocked continental breakfast with wide range of choices, (unless you are expecting a $100 Sunday brunch), and it is open all day. The staff was friendly and when we were locked out of our room on or return from a walk (due to the batteries dying on the entry door) they were very fast in getting us back in our room as we had a very important work related zoom call that was starting in under 10 minutes. There are plenty of great restaurant options within walking distance, 5 minutes to the West Yellowstone Park entrance as well as easy access to other great outdoor spots when you get tired of the crowds at Yellowstone. We drove to Mesa Falls in Idaho, under 1 hour, beautiful lower and upper fall views with no crowds at all, Nevada City and Virginia City in Montana if you are interested in seeing what it was like for miners living in the 1800's is about a 1hr & 30 min. Lake Hebron 15 minutes and Henry's Lake about 30 minutes are both great little scenic drives with places for hiking and picnicking . All in all we were very happy with the accommodations. It is all about setting proper expectations, yes the room is on the pricey side at over $500 per night and if you are expecting a 5 star luxury resort I can see where some reviews I have read were less than stellar this may not be the place for you. I highly recommend this place if you are all about the adventure and getting out of the room and exploring. Mike & Liz

Cabins were very cozy and clean with everything we needed. Linens were nice and plenty of extra blankets and towels. Loved the Yellowstone books and games and my kids were so happy about the smore kits. There are other extras like binoculars and hiking sticks that are a nice touch for days spent in the park. They also had a goodie bag for our dog. Only a few short minutes to the west entrance of YNP and located where you can walk to anywhere in West Yellowstone including the bear and wolf sanctuary which is very cool and right across the street! We will definitely stay here for our next trip to Yellowstone!

The mattress was uncomfortable for me.

Gas fireplace was awesome, as was having two bedrooms. I loved the shower. Having a kitchenette is extremely helpful and nice. The quiet, private cabin was awesome!

Need a chest of drawers in queen bedroom. The thick comforter is noisey and too hot. I removed it from the bed only a couple hours into the first night. Then I needed an extra thinner blanket, so borrowed the one from the livingroom sofa. Dishwasher is not mounted properly in Cabin One, and we had to clean out food yuck to eliminate the terrible smell.
