There was not anything that wasn't just right. They even were able to accommodate our request to have all three condos on the first floor and close together. That was a pretty high expectation and they did it! Kitchens were well equipped, beds were comfortable and most importantly, it was clean. Thank you so much.

Everything was good.

Good location close to the Napili beach. Condos in traditional Hawaiian style, clean, good size, beautiful view from the balcony, as we were upgraded from garden to partial ocean view what was very nice. There is a surfing rental shop on the side, very helpful staff gave us good advice.

Overall too expensive for what it provides in our personal view after travelling to many other destinations. Probably this is a general issue on Hawaii. The resort does not provide any activities, these are self- catering condos. Reception staff was not very helpful. We wanted to find out where to see the traditional dance while on the island, info in Internet was not accurate and outdated but the lady just answered: I don’t know, zero interest to help.

The location was great for snorkeling nearby and for walking the Kapalua Coastal trail. There are also plenty of restaurants about a ten minute drive away. The two pools and hot tub on the property are great, and it was very convenient to rent snorkel gear at the snorkel shop on site. We had an oceanfront room and the views were stunning! The sunsets and sunrises here every day were amazing and I’d definitely stay here again if I could stay in an oceanfront room again.

The only downsides were that being in north Maui is pretty far from things, like Haleakala National Park and the road to Hana. I felt like we did a lot of driving, but there is also a good amount to do close by. I felt like the room could have been a little cleaner and there were ants coming into the room near the sliding door on our second to last day here, even though we were very careful about not leaving any food out. The parking spots are small, but we found that to be true everywhere we went in Hawaii, on multiple different islands, and it’s not a big deal.

Location in napili bay beach was awesome. Lots of snorkeling (turtles and many kinds of fish). beautiful scenery and great beach. We didn't have to leave the property for other beaches since it was so pretty and convenient. Staff was nice, pools, hotub, BBQ's were in great condition and well taken care of. The place is awesome for families especially with young children.

We had 2 units rented. In one unit (studio), the kitchen is in the bedroom so it was not that great. The unit could use some remodeling. The AC was beeping every 30 seconds and can be heard more at night even with ear plugs. Our AC broke 2 nights before our departure and they offered to move us to another room or wait to see if they can fix it. We opted to wait so we don't have to pack again. They got it fixed but the beeping continued.

Location was great. Was upgraded to ocean front room on second floor which was unexpected and amazing! We were able to watch whales pass through the channel from our balcony and walk 5 mins to the beach.

The murphy bed in the room was not the most comfortable. Otherwise we enjoyed everything about our stay.

We booked 7 nights and loved our upgrade to an ocean view! Nice studio amenities with a full kitchen for cooking, as well as outdoor grills near the pool. Onsite snorkel, SUP, and water gear rentals with Maui Water Works, who were super friendly and helpful for me to teach my elderly mom how to snorkel. The property is oceanfront Napili Bay. This area has a retro Maui vibe which I adore. Gorgeous and great for kids, elders, and honeymooners. Great little reef makes for good snorkeling in Napili Bay, too! 10/10 perfect, I’ll be back again and again

Nothing, perfect.

We came for our honeymoon and the staff were nice enough to upgrade us (this was off-season so would have been easier for them vs. in high-season). The room was absolutely beautiful, having a water sports rental on the property was so convenient and we felt confident leaving our car in the parking lot for the resort. The property is beautiful, with 2 pools - one of which has an ocean view - and direct beach access to an amazing snorkeling location.

We ate at the restaurant one of the nights and it was not bad, just not amazing. Also it would have been nice for the front desk to carry things like toothpaste and coffee creamer in those last-minute moments where guests run out. The front desk was closed on our last day so we weren't able to get more coffee for our room, but thankfully the water sports shop offered free coffee for us.

Location is amazing. Old school vibes. I grew up in Lahaina (along with the friends I was travelling with). Loved seeing so much “old Maui” as we remembered it — especially with the loss of Lahaina town. Appreciated the lack of resort fees. Happy to take care of ourselves. Really appreciated being given a room on the ground floor that allowed us to walk to pool and breakfast. And being close to the water. Mahalo!

There was a rat bait station directly under my bedroom window. Woke up every night with rats fighting by the trap. Honestly, being a Lahaina girl it was weirdly nostalgic. But to a more sensitive tourist it might be a deal breaker. I understand having a bait station. Maybe it could be moved away from the window?

Location is great, right by the beach and Napili is perfect for kids. The pool is really good and the hotel is well cared for. The room is big for 2 adults + 1 5yr old. Price/benefit really compelling. - Very important to note: there is no house keeping. (so no fees but also no benefit) - they can lend vacuums if needed.

the front desk service is really bad. We had small requests like an extra towel and every time we were disappointed by the way we were treated and how long it took to sort it out. It closes at 5pm, so very inconvenient if you are touristing around and gets back later. - (i think for the price it would be worth have better customer service and an extended opening hour). Also, the sofa be worked greatly for our 5yr old, but an adult or teenager might have problems (its small and not comfortable at all.)

A very clean and efficient family resort. We'll kept garden with beach a few yards away. This area is where Whales birth and mate so you can sit on the grass or beach Whale watching as the sun rises or sets. Beautiful. Good restaurants nearby. Close to the supermarket for self catering. Kitchen was well equipped. You can order food from the two onside restaurants. There is onsite snorkel, board hire. Try the Lumi lumi massage!! We did excursions through Boss Frogs Volcano sunrise,with a beautiful breakfast at a plantation, whale watching boat trip turtles at Molokini and Luau at the Sheraton.There is so much to do.
