It's also conveniently close to public transportation, making it easy to explore the city. Breakfast: Guests can enjoy a complimentary breakfast buffet each morning, offering a variety of options including fresh fruits, pastries, cereals, and hot dishes like eggs . My stay was pleasant overall, thanks to Sasha from reception, who was incredibly helpful .

On Christmas Day, there was a party that lasted until 2:30 am, which made it difficult to sleep. Despite asking the reception to check on the noise, it continued late into the night. However, the next day, the hotel staff were accommodating and provided me with another room.

The rooms are newly renovated so I can recommend the pristine cleanliness of everything, proper thick linen fresh from the presser, everything worked, good lighting in the room, nicely warm room temperature, new bathroom with hairdryer and toiletries, lovely white towells, nice smell on entry. For a simple overnight stays it’s enough with an extra plus. Not for holidaying though.

From outside it doen’t look welcoming, they need to clean the entrance glass door area and make the right door more apparent. The building and its surroundings come from the latest past era, now more like students’ accomodation.

I had a great experience in Hotel Krystal. The room I was staying in was big and spotlessly clean, with comfortable bed and pillows.The location is great, 2 min away from the tram stop with a direct line to the center and 5 min away from the metro. The breakfast was also good, and there were several sweet and savoury options, fruits, veggies, cereal and even cookies.

The only downside is that there was no AC in the room, but then again - I spent most of the time outside, and at night, it was enough to leave the balcony door open.

Friendly staff and the extra mile they went to accommodate my needs. The place was comfortable super clean with a balcony with a view of Prague. Since I didn't know the stay included breakfast and I had to leave early they prepared a care package for me to take with with superb sandwiches fruit bottle of water and some sweets all of which I enjoyed tremendously while traveling

I was not familiar with the area so I didn't know exactly how to get there and what to expect in terms of service but it was my problem not theirs

I am very satisfied ! I recommend you this hotel ! Location, near metro and bus station, even bus needs 15 minutes to reach aeroport ! So clean rooms, comfortable, organized! Very friendly and organized staff! I leave hotel at 6 am, breakfast is from 6:45 , but they organized my early breakfast not to miss ! Because very good location, you can easily reach to city center and any places ! When I come in Prague, I always choose hotel Krystal ! Thanks a lot !

great location close to metro/ bus stop, I was happy with a great internet signal on our floor (I requested a specific floor due to internet access). Very clean rooms. Restaurant breakfast was generous and tasty, restaurant in the morning was quite empty at the time we were there so we enjoyed a silent breakfast time, no hard shoulders fights. Generally no unnecessary sounds from outside or inside the hotel so we felt like we are the only guests on our floor...great benefit after we came from noisy airport and city centre and wanted to have a holy peace:).

The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, but basic. Lunch and breakfast was very good. I liked the fact that this hotel is situated near to a Metro stop and was easily accessible to getting to and from the airport by bus.

I wish they had air conditioning at this property. Had I realized they didn't - we probably would have stayed somewhere else. Also, on the 11th floor where we stayed WiFi signal was weak or non-existent.

We choose the hotel due to its proximity to the airport. We had an early flight at 8 25 and were able to not only have a veeery decent breakfast (starts at 6 45) -with fruits and variety of cheese and jougurts (which was included in the rate) but also were able to catch a bus to the airport (7 min walk to the station). Room was comfortable and spacious.

The blankets were rather thin and it took a while until the other pair of blankets was delivered. But at the end it was warm and comfortable!

We stayed in this hotel already previously, since we are very satisfied with staff accommodating as much possible our personal and business needs. Rooms are comfortable.We choose the older version of the room, size comfort , cleanliness, lobby with bar and restaurant with traditional Czech meals, good breakfast selections, location from the aiport just 10-15 minutes away, easy access to the city centrum to all main historical sites by public transportations, is all what makes travels easy and convenience either for long or short stay. There are several options for venues- organizing meetings/events.

Even thought we had room with wifi ( room with wifi are limited) its still not as strong to process certain task. Hotel does not have ramp from outside to the hotel entry, so carry heavy luggage to the stairs can be challenge for older travelers. There is need to update /provide more comfortable chairs in venues where events are held for several ours/days.

Well worth the price. It is a 5minutes walk to the bus stop to the Airport (Nadrazi Veleslavin) and then the bus takes about 14mins to reach the airport. Breakfast was also quite good. Comfortable mattress and pillows. Clean room and bathroom.

No aircon which is really not surprising, so it can get quite hot during summer nights, but leaving the balcony door open at night made the room cool, so in the end it was ok.
