Location was fantastic. Apartment was very clean and had everything we wanted

Parking in the recommended car park was very difficult to get to. The instructions were as good as they could be, but it was still very difficult, especially if you missed the road where the parking was.

while you don't meet any staff, check in went very smoothly. The apartment is lovely with a spectacular view of the cathedral

be prepared for street noise as drunken partiers leave the bars in the middle of the night on weekends

It didn’t include breakfast . The location was excellent. A little noisy because they were doing construction in a building in front of the hotel but it didn’t bother us because they stopped early in the afternoon. Also there’s a restaurant crossing the street with tables outside but after midnight they close so it was quiet after that time.

They just provided 2 pillows for an apartment suitable for 4 persons. The bathroom has an sliding glass door to the kitchen and main area that is frosted but doesn’t provide enough privacy. It didn’t matter to us, we are a couple but it could be an issue in other situations.

The apartment itself was very well appointed, roomy and with an amazing view overlooking the cathedral. There were also views of the Alhambra from one of the windows. The location was fabulous, right in the heart of old Granada, with very easy access to the local buses for the Alhambra or Sacromonte. Also a fantastic restaurant (Siloè) just across from the hotel that we were able to benefit from in between arrival and check in, and departure and check out.

Beautiful views of the cathedral from the apartment. Right in the city center and close to the Alhambra, which was our main reason for stopping in Grenada. it was really easy to walk around and hop on the bus to places which was helpful since we only had one night in town. The washing machine was really useful after traveling for over a week before this.

The apartment was a bit small, especially the bathroom, so worked for a couple but would not recommend for 3 people. We wished there was a dryer. we used the drying rack but couldn’t get everything dry before morning and ended up not being able to wash everything we needed to.

The apartment was terrific. Very clean. Great location next to the cathedral and walking distance to most sights. Easy taxi and bus access. Nice views overlooking the plaza. Check-in and check-out were convenient. After completing the online check-in, I was forwarded a code to the front door and the room that morning. The in-unit washer and drying rack were very helpful. They don't do luggage storage, but they suggested a place nearby that was great.

While the apartment was small it was exceptionally well laid out and equipped with quality fixtures - bathroom, kitchen and lighting. While we didn’t have occasion to use the kitchen, it appeared to have everything one would need to make simple meals. The place was very clean. While there are no facilities (no restaurant, lounge, exercise room, etc), that was clear in their information. I dealt with staff online only, and they were very helpful. There is a public parking garage nearby - San Augustin Parking. We got to it easily using Google maps and avoided being trapped on the narrow streets of the old part of town. The apartments are well located very near the cathedral. Great value. I highly recommend.

Location within arm’s reach of the Cathedral was perfect. So close to attractions, fresh foods market and general shopping a few doors away. Attractions close by. Our Rooftop apartment with the outdoor terrace was amazing! We even had a view of part of the Alhambra and mountains. Sunsets stunning. Stylish furnishings all in very good order and everything very clean and comfortable. Bedding and shower wonderful. Would definitely recommend. Contact with host was remote but efficient.

Missed a washing machine though loved everything else.

Location was excellent- view of cathedral was stunning! Apartment was very clean and well appointed. We appreciated the extras- small details that make a stay welcoming and comfortable.

Arrival was disappointing. After confirming arrival for 3.00 at the request of the property, there was no one to greet us. We finally located a cleaner who called the manager. We were told that entry was between 3.00 and 8.00. and that the apartment needed cleaning, to go away and she would contact us. As we had traveled a long distance and were feeling unwell, this was not good enough.

It is a GORGEOUS apartment in a fantastic location - in city centre close to many sightseeing points as well as plenty of restaurants and cafes. The apartment is tastefully designed, extremely clean and comfortable with the view of the beautiful Royal Chapel. We loved our stay there! Property agents provide excellent service - clear instructions and very responsive

The wi-fi was SUPER slow. Would be great if amenities such as tissues, body cream and capsuled milk is provided
