Location: very close to the town centre yet still peaceful. Hosts: welcoming, friendly and helpful. Food: breakfast plentiful and freshly made with a good selection of hot and cold dishes.....eaten in the "secret garden", amazing to find two storeys up from the street. Accommodation: our double room with e/s bathroom was spacious and airy with ample wardrobe/cupboard space. Parking: our hostess gave us clear instructions to find on- street parking close by with modest charges (a few euros per day)

I would like to keep this beautiful place a secret but I can't. As beautiful as the town of Ascoli Piceno, and both Elisa and Laura (mum) were warm, welcoming and Laura is bright, bubbly and a great enthusiast for her town and should run the town's marketing. Everything is comfortable, clean, wonderful, romantic and magical as one would expect from a 'Secret Garden'. Perfectly peaceful but just 5 minutes beautiful walk from the centre and so much to see and do. It's also 10-15 minutes from one of the best wild-swimming places I have ever swum. And an amazing home-cooked breakfast, cooked to order and beautifully presented. Emy the dog is lovely too.

I only wish I could live here or put the Secret garden in my bag and take it home.

We had the best room in all of Ascoli Piceno, with a private rooftop patio overlooking the entire city (see photo). Amazing breakfast cooked to order, and we fell in love with owner Elisa and her daughter, who made us feel like family.

The only thing we didn't like was having to leave when we needed to go to our next destination.

We loved Elisa and Laura. They were the most wonderful hosts of a very special and beautiful bed and breakfast. The breakfasts are made to order. Elisa and her mother were available for questions and information. What a treat! We will definitely return!!

Everything was perfect

The incredibly beautiful and surprising house with the walled garden in an unexpected place. The warm welcome from Elisa and Laura who have put their heart and soul into the accommodation. The explanation about Ascoli and an excellent breakfast that you don't often get in Italy.

The owners were so friendly and so happy to make sure I was very comfortable. The location was in the old city very close and easily walkable to shops and restaurants.

Cooked to order breakfast in a lovely dining room. I loved the rooftop terrace both at sunset and in the evening. Beautiful view of the city. Friendly hosts. As a solo traveller, I felt very comfortable.

The breakfast was delicious and the family who run the accommodation are very warm and friendly. Spotlessly clean, comfortable beds, high quality linens. Just wonderful.Highly recommend this place.

Fantastic terrace with our room. Breakfast was delicious and so fresh. Hosts were very friendly and helpful.

A lot of construction work around the property but it didn’t totally spoil our stay.

The pictures didn't do it justice. So nice and the hosts were so hospitable too. Really happy that we chose this place over the rest. The terrace was great and the secret garden too (hence the name). Very happy with the breakfast
