This hotel was brilliant. I took a lot of time reading reviews of hotels, as I was coming to facilitate a very intense workshop after being sick and needed a really good hotel and was not disappointed. The room was wonderful with a balcony, enough space and a fully functioning AC (apparently not the case in another hotel at the time in the same price range) and very quiet. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Liudmila from the reception had even organized almond milk and margarine for me for breakfast when she had learned I was a vegan, so kind. Those really perfected the breakfast for me, with the vegatables, fruit, bread, muesli all suitable for a plant-based diet. The hotel was in a good location, nice restaurants with 10-15minutes walk as well as the triumph arc etc

Where to start? The building is in a quiet neighborhood and rooms are really suites, with couches, tables, a luxuriously comfortable bed with lovely linens. There are fluffy towels and toiletries in the bathroom. There are multiple pools, manicured gardens and lots of parking. Breakfast had all the usual things but lots more vegetables than usual, which is great for vegetarians. Food was tasty, well prepared and replenished quickly. Location is about a 15 minute walk from the Triumphal Arch and there are a few restaurants even closer.

I was charged twice. I paid by card when I checked in. I found later that they charged again the following morning at 10:11am from the same card. Before I book for this hotel I had read reviews complaining for being charged twice. I had thought they won't often do such unprofessional stupid mistake and I booked. I misjudged. They did, or tend to do? I got refund a week later. breakfast is a bit below average but included, so no complain.

very kind staff, good breakfast, thick curtains on windows (good for jet-leg), warm enough in cold wintertime, very central, several languages spoken, very quiet

a bit too expensive, only 1 old chair in a twin room, no coat hangers at the entrance (only in the wardrobe), beds a bit too soft (i know some people prefer those, so this is just a question of preference)

Staff were friendly and helpful. Housekeeper did a load of laundry without charge. Of course I tipped her. Breakfast hours and content very good.

Gated parking at 10 euros/night was both expensive and inconvenient. On-street parking would have sufficed. Location out of walking range for main attractions.

the bathroom facilities and the chair were a bit old and whore-down. breakfast (included in the price) stops at 10:00 and it was too early for me. the location being in the city-center, the price was above my usual budget (but i had to be there for work)

A very nice place to stay in Chisinau. The room was spacious and had everything I needed, the bed was comfortable, the breakfast delicious and offered a variety of different food (including fresh vegetables and fruits). I stayed here for three days and will probably come back here again. An excellent option if you are looking for a decent, but not overpriced place to stay.

Are construction works to the other buildings of hotel that cause a lot of noise. Parking is very small and limited by construction activities. Breakfast could be improved, was the same each day.

Lots of things to choose incl. different fresh salads. Spacious rooms. Home atmosphere thanks to lots of cosy decorations all around.

View through the windows: many partially destroyed houses. Sounds of sirens mostly from main streets. However, it is not what could be influenced 😊

The place was very comfy with an amazing spacious room. It’s got TV with streaming services. Enjoyed the view from the window and the sunlight. The food was ok, and the restaurant had a small outside terrace (pretty lovely). The staff was polite and helpful.
