Stayed here before and always book 103, because this is silent and spacy room. Simple but effective hotel.
As in previous reviews: the digital check-in and door-keys via your mobile, are maybe for (older / other) guests not simple (a horror), however if you are used to it’s okay. No parking on site, two blocks away plenty and free public parking available.

Great location, showed where we could park legally overnight to avoid tickets. Wifi was good, and check in/check out/ unlocking my door was easy to do electronically via my phone. I didn't need to download an app and was able to share access with my partner's phone and my work phone. It was clean and we were able to request more towels and housecleaning pretty easily. We had a super late check in and found the process effortless and very hands off without issue. We stayed here during Canada Day 2025 and it was right next to the festivities as well as had a lot of restaurants and businesses closely for most things we needed for our trip.

During our check in, Julian was excellent… very helpful and so personable! We needed some assistance with our TV, and he handled it very quickly and patiently! Our room was very clean, beds comfortable and had everything we needed. Also, Julian changed our room to one that was a bit further from the pub, and we didn’t hear any noise. Crash is doing an amazing job with their “virtual” approach… great communication and easy to follow any instructions, even for 2 Senior Citizens on a rafting adventure! (Shout out to Canadian Outback Rafting! Excellent trip!)
I was a little concerned when I saw that it had once been “The Chieftain”- my last stay in Squamish was decades ago, and The Chieftain wouldn’t have been the place to stay! But if you’re looking for a clean, comfortable bed to sleep in, this is a great place. The lobby feels a bit like you’re in a youth hostel, so I recommend you keep an open mind!

Our 3-night stay at Crash Hotel truly felt like home. Unfortunately, we didn’t get a chance to take photos, but the room was awesome and very clean. Even though our room was located above the pub (Room 132) we didn’t hear any noise, which was a pleasant surprise. While there isn’t a microwave in the room, they have one available in the lobby. I recommend bringing a microwavable container for convenience when reheating food. The bathroom was spotless, and there was no unpleasant odor upon entering the room. They offer water refills in the hallway, along with ice, so it’s handy to bring your own water tumbler. Since the rooms aren’t carpeted, I also suggest bringing your own slippers for extra comfort. One unique detail I loved was the scent of their shampoo, conditioner, and body wash—it had a subtle Arabic fragrance that wasn’t overpowering. Overall, I highly recommend Crash Hotel for its cleanliness, thoughtful amenities, and cozy vibe!

The property was located right in the heart of Squamish, within easy walking distance to numerous restaurants and other shops. Even though it was situated on a main road and had an adjoining club (pool club if I recall), there wasn't any amount of noise. The online check-in process was quite convenient, especially given that the on-site staff typically left around 5 pm.
There was no elevator or other accessible means to transport a rolling luggage bag up to a different floor, requiring the use of stairs.

The bed was very comfy with a nice duvet . There were real cups for coffee in the morning but wished it was a single cup coffee maker instead of a pot as I’m the only one that drinks coffee so I end up wasting most of it .
Only 2 hard chairs in the room. It would be nice to have a more comfortable chair . I had a king bed with mountain view but it also faces the Main downtown street so a bit of traffic noice but quiets at night. Our tv didn’t work properly and there wasn’t any staff after 5 . The answering number tried but could not help us.

We had a fantastic stay! The location was perfect, and the staff were exceptional, knowledgeable about the area and excellent shopping recommendations. The after-hours security made us feel very safe, which was a great bonus. It was also a nice touch to have the housekeeper greet us and offer assistance, something you don't often encounter. Highly recommend, and will stay again when in the area.
Any minor issues we encountered were addressed quickly and to a high standard. Their responsiveness and attention to detail truly went above and beyond.

Check in process was easy, the location is excellent. The room was nice and clean, very chilly on check in (a huge bonus on a hot day!) and the beds are super comfy. Awesome toiletries provided in the bathroom. I was warned a bunch of times that my room booked was right above a LOUD PUB but it wasn’t a big deal, bar patrons on the sidewalk outside the window were more of a disturbance than the bar itself, but the hotel was rad enough to provide earplugs in the room!
No parking right at the hotel. Street parking a couple blocks away was not a big deal for us but may be for some. Also the bar fridge in the room has a glass door and is lit up inside with no way to turn the light off, so it was bright in the room all night.

The room is very cute. I don't know if every room has a wall of suitcases, but ours did and it was so well done and so very cute. The digital key system is really easy to use and there's free wi-fi. There are two bars on the main level in the same building and a number of bars surrounding the hotel.
For some un-guessable reason, the bathroom light switch was moved from inside the bathroom to outside and down the wall just longer than your arm. I made a fun game out of standing in the doorway with the door mostly closed, then turning on the light and quickly leaping into the bathroom while shutting the door in an attempt to not wake up my traveling companions. Hopefully it's just our room that is like that.

On the one hand, it was a classic hotel, with bunk beds in the room, but on the other hand, there were many nice surprises in the room. The first was a fridge, the second was a nice bathroom with nice smelling shower gels, and the third was welcome drinks in a nearby pub. And a big plus for the hotel keys in my own phone. As warned, the room was above the pub and we did have to get used to the noise on the first night, but after that it was no problem.
