We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Even though the weather was unseasonably cool, the garden was lovely. A simple “grab and go” breakfast was provided (muffins, fruit, tea, coffee and juice). The roses were in bloom and the large coy in the fish pond seemed well cared for. The outdoor hot tub made it exceptional. The hotel has west coast charm. The staff are attentive and courteous and the design fb is exceptional. The building has old bones with a noticeable makeover, adding to the quaint quality of the feel of the place.

Cleanliness needs to be addressed. Surface level cleaning is maintained but secondary places like the back stairwell and the floors in the pool changing areas are lacking the attention to detail that is found in the design of the whole property.

Loved our stay at Gibsons Garden Hotel. Checking in was smooth and the lobby looks great. Our room has 2 queen beds and faces the back parking lot. Everything was clean and in good condition. We also enjoyed the indoor pool and outdoor jacuzzi which were also very clean. The courtyard is beautifully landscaped with a koi pond. The grab-and-go station offers free muffins, fruits and coffee in the morning.

The hotel is on the main road in Upper Gibsons. To get to the waterfront area, you would probably need a ride unless you don't mind walking half an hour down the steep hill (and up to get back). We did walk and it was good exercise. The bathroom in our room is on the small side.

It was a perfect stay, this small hotel has all amenities that you would need for a comfortable stay - pool, jacuzzi, sauna, gym, good room sizes, kitchenette etc.. Loved it!

The air conditioning was tripping off during the night and it would not turn on, even after pressing all the buttons. Something is surely wrong with that setting, it happened with our friends in another room as well. It disturbed our sleep on both days.

The hotel was perfectly located (can take the bus from the ferry terminal and get let off less than a block away.). There is a great pub restaurant located 5 minutes walk away. We had a room facing the amazing garden courtyard - so pretty and relaxing. The room was squeaky clean (loved that!) the receptionists so friendly and helpful (Tabitha - you’re a star!) and the breakfast of delicious muffins, orange juice, fruit and coffee was quite good. Overall - very happy with our choice and we would book again.

hotel staff was very friendly. the 'breakfast' bar was a nice touch but for the price of the hotel I would have been nice if the hours of it was extended into the afternoon. The hotel was quiet. The gym was a good size. The hot tub was in a nice area.

I also booked a 2 queen bed and received 2 doubles. When asked if we could have the 2 queens they stayed they could not fulfill it. When I asked for a cot they stated they didn't have any but I seen one in a storage room that was left open. The ice machine stopped working after out first night and there was no sign put up until we asked about it not working. I wish they had bought us ice or something to make up for the loss of the amenity. I also thought the price was a little high for what the hotel was. They did a good job of making it appealing but it is an old hotel.

I liked how easy it was to grab a quick breakfast. And best of all, the kitchen was fully equipped — it even had dish soap, basic utensils, cookware, and seasonings. That really made it convenient for us to stay the night and cook our own dinner.

Could’ve had a better muffin , it crumbled too easily. But overall, it was a great stay with a nice hot tub and a quiet place to relax and chill

Nicely appointed room, we were upgraded to one with a large balcony. Room had a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker etc. Bathroom had a walk in shower and was very clean. Hotel gardens are very pretty. Grab and go breakfast was perfect for our requirements with muffins, fruit etc. 20 minute walk to Gibsons Landing (30 minutes back up a very steep hill).

Everything was great, if I was being picky I'd have liked a kettle in the room as microwave tea is not the same!

Room was very clean, grounds were extremally well kept. Location is very good, with easy access everywhere, and lots of good restaurants nearby. Free Grab and Go is definitely a nice touch - great coffee offered.

Extend free coffee "Grab and Go" hours to mid-afternoon. Shower pressure, waterflow could be improved. Bath towels and bedding could be of better quality.

The staff were great and accommodated us with an early check in due to being in town for a wedding. It was great to have coffee, fruit and muffins in the morning. The grandkids swam in the indoor pool in the morning which was clean and a nice place to sit and have a coffee. I would stay again when coming to Gibsons!

It was great, nothing to complain about.

They had apples and bananas, muffins, juice and coffee in the lobby. Not great, Better than nothing. Rooms were somewhat updated, quiet, fridge, microwave and coffeemaker. Nice layout. Decent size.

The coffee in room and lobby were not good, packaged muffins were like cake, unhealthy. Beds seemed tired and a bit of sag to them, pillows lumpy. Wall plugs near bed wouldn't hold our phone chargers, kept falling out. The heater was loud so we kept it off but the room got so cold so I couldn't sleep.
