The location is perfect for any tourist. A ferry goes every 15 minutes to the other side, the centre of Vancouver. In case you want to visit the mountains, there is a huge bus station 2 m away, which will take you to any desired destination. It is located on the last floor of the mall, so you can find different places to eat at almost any time of day. If you want something fancier, there are plenty of restaurants nearby. There is a huge grocery store within a 5-minute walk where you can find anything you need. I saw many noise complaints in the reviews, but we did not experience anything like it: it was quiet and calm. Especially taking into account that it is located on such busy street. It is the best price-to-comfort ratio you can find in Vancouver.

The restaurant on the premises offers a pretty small selection of breakfasts. They are a bit more expensive than we would like, but they were tasty nonetheless. There was no view from our room due to its location, but it was not essential for us to

The location is amazing close to the Seabus , lovely seafront walk and over the Lonsdale Quay market . The staff were friendly too .

The hotel is getting a little dated . The aircon was noisy and we were given a room with a family room next door . Therefore , we could hear the couple next door ( they will of been able to hear us ) so we felt we needed to be quiet and tip toe around . We were out most of the time , We did ask to be moved but were told this was not possible , After saying this the location was so amazing and perfect we would stay again .

The room is nice and well equipped. The curtains completely darken the room A+ for this. Comfortable and spacious bed, the space in the room is well organized. Kind and prepared staff. I liked the fact that the hotel is located inside a kind of shopping center, so having breakfast was very convenient and pleasant, considering that it was raining that day.

My fault for not reading all the clauses carefully, but the $20 extra parking was a surprise...if you have a car there is no other solution than to use the paid parking. Maybe it should be specified more clearly by the hotel.

The location is novel and lovely inside the Lonsdale Quay market with all the stalls on the doorstep. The room was a great size and I loved looking out on the water. A large fridge and even microwave were in the room which was really handy.The Seabus to Vancouver Waterfront station is right on the doorstep and super easy to access. Two excellent coffee shops right on the doorstep too (Nemesis and Shipyard Coffee)

The shops and food options close quite early locally (7ish) with mainly only full restaurant/sit-down meal places open later. I just wanted to grab some lighter meals in the evenings after work but only really had the Fresh St supermarket or a McDonald's to choose from.

Breakfast not included and location was great though. Much nicer in North Vancouver than staying downtown. All the people were so friendly. Fabulous views especially at night from our room. Hotel undergoing some maintenance so outside our room on the glass roof looked messy, but understandable (although no work happening whilst we were staying there?)

Directions confusing and couldn’t locate parking lot. Luckily a kind policeman helped us to find where to go. The shower was a bit weak but clean enough.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. We arrived at 12:30 pm and where told our rooms were not yet ready and wouldn't be available until 2:30 pm. I asked if it was possible to get in sooner as we were in for a wedding that starts at 2:30 pm and needed to change and shower.Shawn at the front desk called the cleaning staff and explained the situation. We were able to get into one off the rooms at 1:15 pm to clean up and change. And by 2:00 pm Christine at the front desk called to let us know the 2nd room was ready. Thank you so much Shawn ,Cristine and the cleaning staff all your help was greatly apriciated.

Location! Location! Location! We had a 2 Queen executive suite with city and harbor views. Amazing views! Enjoyed shopping and food court on first floor of building. Many other restaurant choices in walking distance, including Starbucks! Also recommend Joey’s Shipyard for dinner.

Had to pay for parking. There was some remodeling going on so we couldn’t climb the small tower onsite, that view would’ve have been awesome!

The hotel is in a fun place and there is excellent public transport - ferry to the city (connected to train to the airport) and buses to reach mountain attractions or shops. All the different food choices are downstairs, there is car rental and some shops in walking distance. Rooms are big and comfortable. Staff is very helpful, allowed us to check in earlier. We did not use the breakfast.

Property is well situated for places to eat. Staff were great especially Harry and the breakfast team. Breakfast was good and hot!

The room was looking a little tired. Lot of noise from dance school below. Parking was not well labelled and if there were no spaces you had to wait, irrespective of whether you had paid for a whole week up front.

We booked a late night last-minute water-view room at the Lonsdale Quay Hotel, but didn't expect it to be so presidential! It was the large end-of-the-hall 3rd floor panoramic-view balcony room, and we absolutely loved it.

Finding the correct underground parking garage to enter, then paying for the parking and finding the lobby was a challenge, so be aware that the hotel has the 3rd and 4th floors only on top of the Lonsdale Quay Market. But it was worth the hassle to have this last-minute supersaver special price on such a spectacular hotel room.
