The room was absolutely lovely but I did think for the stay it was a bit overpriced. The staff were always helpful and breakfast was a very good selection.
The only thing i hated was the condiments at breakfast were basically covered in ants - again i'm sure it cant be helped, but it was just a pet peeve. (like spilled honey and sauces) not many local restaurants so you have to have a car to travel

Amazing hotel staff. Special thanks to the Manager Maria for the amazing welcoming and the special breakfast at the day of checkout. If you like wines look for the sommelier Vicky, he has great wine suggestions. The snorkeling tour guided by Mr. Cedric was something really unique and truly amazing experience. Mr. Jordan introduced us so many fun activities, such as, volleyball, ping pong, archery and more. Very clean and good quality accommodation! Food is delicious, good quality and great variety! Thai restaurant was our favorite.

This is a wonderful hotel. Beautiful property, stunning beach, friendly staff, good food. Anything below is just to make it even better :)
Facing the hotel from the beach, on the left side, right beside the hotel there is a public beach. It is great to see Mauritian people having fun :). But on weekends, and especially on longer public holidays, the area basically turns into a popup camping with large tents, big crowd. The disturbing aspect is the portable power generator they bring with them, going on all day (and night) with the sound of a drilling machine. This electricity then powers big loudspeakers with loud music - that makes sound sleeping pretty difficult.... It would be great to somehow solve this issue in a way that allows the public to enjoy the beach in the evening too, but at the same time gives the rooms on the left side of the hotel the ability to sleep properly :))

Location on the island is excellent. In the rain shadow! Lush green tropical gardens were fantastic Lovely pool and beach front - top class good mix of bars and restaurants on site Live music every night was great
Most of the staff were great. However, a large number of 'interns' who needed more training let the side down a bit. Long delays to get drinks was inexplicable given the number of staff and proxity. Senior staff were excellent when around and giving direction.

It was an excellent hotel for families with children. The interior design was so environmental friendly and cool. There is a pool both for kids and adults. The beach was good with golden sand. There are some free activities you can join and you can follow them from the weekly program. Again for kids, there is a wonderful kids club where teachers take care of children. Every night kids club sent an interesting story to our room before sleeep time and I read it to my 4 year old kid. He liked them a lot. There was also a jakuzi and we spent most of our time there when there were clouds above us. The breakfast was moderate, but the dinner was excellent with a wide choice of sea food. At night, we played chess by the beach in a field provided for this. And at the same time, we listened to some very nice live songs. We would like to stay there again.
On our last day, the jakuzi was not that hot as it used to be on the previous days. And they did not fix it even if we told it was cold. The scrambled egg at breakfast was not tasty.

The Hilton is located in Flic-en-Flac, a vibrant and lively area of Mauritius with plenty of restaurants and a great atmosphere. The resort itself was a peaceful retreat, perfect for those seeking tranquility, especially older guests. The bar staff, particularly Dylan, were exceptional. We had one of the most beautiful sunsets we’ve ever experienced, with a DJ and saxophone duo playing Afrohouse music on the beach, followed by an impressive fire dancing show. The staff also lit tiki torches each night, adding a magical atmosphere that really enhanced the experience. The buffet breakfast offered multiple cuisines and the food was delicious.
Unfortunately, the room service food was a letdown. We ordered a veggie focaccia, but what arrived was a disappointing burger bun with just a small amount of carrot and capsicum inside. Another downside was the resort's location - it’s quite far from the main strip of Flic-en-Flac, so we found ourselves taking taxis most of the time as it was a long walk. The atmosphere at the hotel felt a bit exclusive, whilst we stayed at other 5 star resorts which had a more welcoming vibe.

Adults only pool was great, in general the resort felt very clean and staff were very friendly and helpful. Our welcome was really lovely and we felt relaxed as soon as we arrived despite being early and room not being quite ready. The beach is lovely and we enjoyed exploring up and down the beach on walks. The Indian restaurant was amazing
Our balcony doors were in need of repair so didn’t close properly. The restaurant buffet never had any allergy labels at all, which is really stressful when you have a dietary. Having to speak to staff every time I want to pick my food is really annoying and I think it should be absolute basic that allergens are labelled on buffets as it can be dangerous, it was disappointing this wasn’t done and it made breakfast and dinner so much longer and harder for me

Everything! My wife and I stayed at the Hilton Resort for 6 nights and it was fantastic — the beachfront apartment, beautifully manicured gardens with pools and water features, the variety of great restaurants and above all the courteous and helpful staff. At the Pomme d’Amour Restaurant, hosts Jannick and Daniel were so good and welcoming. At reception there were so many staff (sorry I didn’t note their names) who at different times were so helpful. We really appreciated the symbolic complimentary birthday cake arranged by reception for my wife’s birthday. We enjoyed the generous packed breakfast prepared for us early in the morning when our tour meant we would miss the regular buffet breakfast. We were very grateful for the complimentary late checkout provided on our last day based on the departure time of our flight back to Australia. Overall the staff and facilities made our vacation truly memorable — we very highly recommend the Hilton Mauritius Resort & Spa!

Restaurant was the best with both meals, breakfast and dinner. Vicky was very friendly and accommodative from the bar. Beach view was nice. Room, was impressed with the cleaning stuff for making sure the room is always clean and bringing new towels each time they clean up. Decorations, Thank you for the decorations were done for all of our celebration moments. It really made our holiday special.
I wish all the bartenders can be more friendly and smiling when attending a guest at the bar like Vicky.

The hotel location is very comfortable for those who want to make use of local buses, there are also tasty local restaurants not far away. The service at the hotel was excellent, beautiful architecture, big rooms and tasty breakfasts. The shop at the hotel offers a lot of beautiful souvenirs and clothes.
The hotel doesn’t accept euroes issued before 2012, and it’s not specifies anywhere. The prices at the hotel restaurants are too high.
