The hotel grounds were amazing and the rooms were spacious and well set up. The bed was medium firmness and comfortable pillows. The staff were so friendly and accommodating, breakfast was included, tasty and fresh. The hotel is a 2km walk into the walking street market, there is a complementary shuttle whenever you want it, there and back. Though we didn’t mind the walk home after hours (Stops at 10pm). It helped to digest the massive amount of delicious street food we ate! The pool was great! We would definitely recommend Montis.

There was no stand up shower in our room. I was so excited to see a bath though it didn’t bother me, my husband prefers a shower. The shower head is on a flexible hose, you have to kneel down in the bath if you want both hands. No toilet window In no way did these things impact the enjoyment of our stay.

The staff were very friendly and were a great help with booking a taxi tour for a day trip. The free shuttle service to the main street was also amazing and always on time! Our room was so comfy, great quality and was cleaned everyday. The resort is also very pretty to walk around!

Many parts of the resort have been left unmaintained with the old cafe and clubhouse under repair, old climbing wall and some of the walkways need wood replacing. This overall doesn't impact the stay too much but it could be amazing!

The beauty of the hotel is outstanding. Romantic and perfect for a honeymoon. Far from all the noise and yet very close. A nice driver took us from the hotel to the main street whenever we needed. The welcome was great and kind. Every time we asked for something extra it was taken care of quickly.

Bedside lighting was missing. But it was fine without. Small maintenances are missing but they are minor and did not detract from our stay. The breakfast was fine und basic. These are really small things. In relation to the standard of hotels in Pai, this is an outstanding hotel.w e will come again!

The resort grounds are beautifully kept. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and gorgeous, really beautifully done and interesting to look at with lovely tiles and interesting curved styling all round. Bathtub filled quickly with piping hot water. Pool is nice and wasn't busy during our stay. Nice big comfy bed and plenty of towels, gowns etc. It's very quiet. We didn't see many other guests.

The location is approximately 1km out of town. We walked it once coming back late and the walk isn't great as it's pretty dark and there's quite a lot of barking dogs. However they put on free taxis between 4pm and 10pm which mitigates this mostly. When coming back late another time we just grabbed a cab for a couple of quid. I'm not personally into hiring mopeds as at 50 I'm no longer so sure of my own immortality, but this would be the most convenient option for most I'm sure, and it's a straight run into town. A couple of reviews mentioned there being lots of stray cats on the resort. I only met two. I think they should have more, as cats are great.

Safari themed huge village for family stay. My must go to resort in Pai. Service staffs from reception, restaurant and bellboy were all fantastic!

Resort needs a major overhaul for worn out structures and rooms. Hope to see a refreshed look in my next visit.

This place is seriously amazing, the staff are incredibly attentive, the food is excellent and the short trip out of the centre of Pai is so worth it to get out of the chaos and fun of the market area to retreat into the resort. It's worth mentioning that it's very quiet here during the low season, so if you're looking for a social resort experience, maybe come in the high season. If you want lots of privacy and quiet, I defintiely reccommend this place! I love Monti's and can't wait to come back!

The room is clean, and very nicely decorated. The view from the balcony on the lake is amazing and really nice to sit and enjoy nature. Very nice staff, they helped us with any question and we also received a free breakfast. Shuttles from the room in a few minutes and shuttles to the city center.

We arrived in low season, so we were the only guests in the hotel the first night and another couple the next day.. isolated from the center, so it was a bit unpleasant.

Everything! Our stay was amazing, everything was clean, the decor of the property is beautiful, the staff is extremely welcoming and attentive. We had a water issue on the second day (not the hotel’s fault) and the staff wouldn’t stop apologising and they let us use the mini bar as a complementary gift.

The room is spacious and the bed is comfortable, got the van service to drop off and pick-up from night market. Staff are very polite and helpful

The swimming pool is under renovation, but it is not an obstacle for swimming.
