Customer service is fantastic. This is the second time we have visited the property in the last 12 months. There is a pool onsite free WiFi and a small TV with Foxtel in your room The location is fantastic and there is onsite and off-site parking available. At no extra charge.

The rooms are dated and definitely need a face lift but the price point is still extremely reasonable and the whole complex is clean and tidy same with the rooms My main thing is the mattress definitely needs a refresher.

Good size for a small family. Excellent location with super easy check in/check out process and friendly service. Fantastic shower and comfy bed with fluffy towels :) Surprisingly quiet given it is upstairs/downstairs, although it was mid-week. Bottle shop is also at the end of the street which is quite handy.

Only minor issue for me was the loud (opening) noise of the shower screen door, but only because I thought I was going to break it. and/or wake everyone up. Shower otherwise and bathroom amenities were excellent. Parking within the accommodation (whilst there are allocations for each unit) is also tight, but thankfully if you find parking in small spaces stressful, there is plenty of parking roadside.

Staff and service was very friendly and easy to talk to, checking in after a long day of road tripping was a breeze. The room provided the basic accomundations needed in turn very lovely for a 1 night stay.

Had a bit of a scare during the stay, a person did a late check-in with the machine at the reception and somehow managed to get the same key to the room I was staying in. Luckily the person is nice and reception fixed the problem but it did give my partner and I a scare for the rest of the night with the front door being a sliding door with no proper lock except for room key.

My tween boys and I stayed 4 nights at Alexandra Park Motor Inn and it was perfect! The room was large and the beds were very comfortable. It was centrally located, clean and tidy and exactly as described.

The taste of the water from the kitchenette tap was horrible, but we were thoughtfully supplied with a bottle of water each. A sign recommending not to drink the water would have been helpful.

For a last-minute trip from Brisbane to Bundaberg we were able to book and pay with ease on the drive up. The door key was in the automatic lock box, and we just dropped the key back in when we left. The room was exceptionally clean and the bed extremely comfortable. The bathroom had modern fixtures with soap, shampoo, conditioner etc, and also really clean.

Everything was in order.

Matthew and the staff at Alexandra Park Motor Inn were most helpful and curtious.

The TV was difficult to use and the sink in the bathroom did not drain well. That said we should have mentioned this to the Manager at the time but for whatever reason we did not. The Motor Inn was a bit dated, but clean and comfortable for a short stay.

The motel was near the river and though the parkland is quite dry at the moment, it was a lovely place to go for a walk. We were far enough away from the highway to have a quiet night's sleep, but close enough to not need to drive for hours to get back to our trip

The parking was a little unusual in that there was no allocated parking despite the parks being in front of rooms, and the low awnings in front of the rooms may have provided shade, but also prevented us (with gear on our roofracks) from parking in the space in front of our room. The manager was very helpful though, and moved his own vehicle onto the street to give us a park inside the complex.

The property is clean and well presented. Our room was clean, tidy and well presented- not to mention the shower was nice and hot and the bed was absolutely divine. There is free washing and drying services for guests. Undercover parking The on site restaurant does an amazing meal for a great price And the service is absolutely top notch, both the restaurant staff and the Managers are extremely polite and go the extra mile to help you. One of the best motels I have ever stayed at.

Absolutely nothing

A large comfortable room with all the amenties for a comfortable stay. This hotel is close to the Bundaberg railway station, and the Bundaberg city centre. Staying here was a last minute decision and was very suitable for a one night stay.

A travellers toothbrush and toothpaste would have been greatly appreciated.

The staff were friendly and we loved the location. Very close to town but also loved being walking distance to the river. In the room, the bed was extremely comfortable, the room was very clean, and loved the large shower head in the shower. The kitchenette had everything we needed for our stay.

The only thing we would say the room may have needed was a sink in the kitchenette as we had to get water from the bathroom for a cuppa or to wash any dishes, but that is a minor thing and being very picky.
