The Hotel is small but absolutely fine for Adults. It had a pretty swimming pool area with sun beds both in the sunshine and in the shade. There was an unused bar area off this area. The modest dining area was clean although slightly canteen like. Most guests dines outside. The Breakfasts were good. The dining meals were quite good although fairly expensive when compared to others in Port Soller. The Position was good opposite the beach on the sea front. Our room was enormous ( Junior Suite although it could do with some drawer units). The WC was fully glazed so some might feel that was not private enough. The balcony was a good size and our sea view was good. The staff were very helpful and always there working hard. There was a very pleasant roof terrace where you could take a cocktail and admire the views. It was very convenient. We would stay there again as a couple.

There was no real communal sitting area due to the Hotel being small; There was a Bar of sorts but this was was more used as the breakfast area. The front of the property facing the beach is always in shade so the front balconies never get the sun. Drying swim wear was a challenge . There was no room iron/ board so crumpled clothes would need to go the laundry service. The sound insulation of the bedrooms was poor. The Gym area was open plan with reception area which might have been better used as a guest sitting area. These are comments rather than dislikes. We would stay here again as it is in a great position. There are other more expensive hotels in Port Soller if you need out and out luxury. As we were yachting and visiting other areas, it was great for us.

Nice location and delicious breakfast. Can sit out to the sea and enjoy lots of delicious breakfast items. They upgraded our room which was very spacious.

Strict towel rules and expensive mini bar. They fine customers for staining towels and only offer one towel per day which I think for a 4* hotel is mean.

Breakfast is amazing. One of the best. Great range of healthy & very fresh food. Superb service. The coffee machine is good. Produces good coffee. Good quality English breakfast tea. Lovely ambience outdoors overlooking the bay.

Amazing location! Super easy access to the beach, boardwalk, plenty of restaurants, and sun. The pool was super nice and relaxing, and our kids loved the games. Towel service was great to be able to grab towels each day for pool or beach alike. The staff was super friendly and kind to my kids. The breakfast was very good as well and had lots of options we enjoyed.

Sound travels in this hotel and a couple of the nights we had a neighbor with a crying baby we could hear fairly clearly. This didn't bother us a ton, as we have two young kids ourselves, but may be an issue for lighter sleepers or travelers without kids.

Very strategic location just next to the Play del Repic. And it stands a little bit outside of the tram line, this very quiet. The hotel has 2 robots to serve you food (alongside with the human staff, though - enjoy the future already!). And the best view is obviously from the roof terrace. Staff at reception and in the restaurant extremely friendly and helpful! You won’t be disappointed while communicating with them and all possible issues will be resolved promptly. So if you are looking for modern, pleasant stay just right on the beach, on the first line with Champaign/Cava to your breakfast every morning - welcome to the hotel! :-)

Staff were great, very pleasant and accommodating. Great location, close to everything in PDS. They allowed us to check in a little earlier than advertised as we arrived early. Parking was €18 per night at the hotel but its easy enough to find street parking close by. Breakfast was very good, very nice to sit by the beach whilst having breakfast. Overall we couldn't complain at all, only complaint we had was we should have stayed longer! We'll be staying here again for sure

The location of the hotel is perfect, just in front of a beautiful beach promenade and right to the beach. The hotel is cosy, beautifully decorated and has very helpful stuff. The people working there are welcoming, polite and always smiling. All restaurants are within a few minutes walk and even the restaurant of the hotel is amazing. Also there is a walking trail next to the hotel and the street in front is excellent for running. We are planning to come back very soon and already recommended the hotel and Port de Soller to our friends.

We had to pay for coffee and tea in the rooms.

The breakfast was good. Omelettes or fired eggs were available in addition to the buffet breakfast, which was replensished frequently. The restaurant was small internally but externally was very pleasant. The room was a good size although long. The sea view was excellent and the balcony was in the shade which was much needed at times with the heat of the sun. The location we found very good as it was at the far end of the bay away from the visiting crowds. Also the two best restaurants in the area were located within a couple of a hundred yeards form the hotel.

The restaurant menu for lunch and dinner was the same and we only ate there three times for dinner as we felt we had exhausted the menu. We thought that some daily specials would add to the variety to give extra choice. The top floor with a jacuzzi was, we felt, a little wasted as it could have been used for relaxation, a meeting place or a bar, although this of course could be a draw back if used by non-residents.

The mini bar wes very overpriced. We have never been charged for tea or coffee facilities before - having stayed in hundreds of 4 star hotels in numerous countries over the last 40 years . It's usually complimentary. €1.50 for 1 teabag is shockng! , 50 cents extra for milk too! Not much more expensive to go to a local cafe and have it made . The plastic cups provided for the drinks are not in keeping with a boutique hotel, and are not eco friendly. Why can't pottery cups be provided? After paying over €300 per night why can't these be provided free of charge , or at least at a reasonable price?
