The room was very nice. My queen bed room had a cute cushioned sitting spot by the window. Towels, bed, and overall room were clean.

Particular attendant at the desk was not very personable. Not rude, just to the point and not super welcoming. I wouldn’t say that this should be a deterrent to staying again!

The hotel is currently undergoing renovation on the ground floor. All the upper floors with rooms have already been completed. Our room was completely newly renovated. This is a very simple renovation, with decorative plaster on the walls, even in the bathroom. But it looks very cozy. The room was large and there was even a sofa and a seating area on the windowsill. Our windows faced the highway, but it didn't bother us in any way, there was no noise with the windows closed. And the whole hotel is very quiet. It seemed to us that we were the only ones relaxing in this hotel. They froze 100 dollars on the credit card. who returned only a week later. Please like it if you've finished reading it))

The entire ground floor was renovated, even the kitchen and dining room. It felt like we had entered a construction site. But the upper floors were quiet The pool and spa were closed due to renovation. We were given breakfast in batches for each person. It was a sandwich, yogurt, an apple, a sweet. And tea and coffee can be taken indefinitely at any time.

The locaton was terrific, staff greeted us with smiles and was very quick to give us keys and sign us in. Even under renovation, the place was clean, quiet and most everything one would need was there. The breakfast could have been a little more, ie, cooked eggs, meat, but it was acceptable. The breakfast lady Mary was super nice and accomodating to anyone needing help. I would stay there again. I have always thought a night light somewhere in the room would be beneficial and there was one in the bathroom, kudos.

In all my years of travel worldwide, I have never seen a small square pillow! And I would have liked to have some sort of blanket or coverlet on my bed. However beds were comfy, room was great.

We only stayed one night as we were traveling through the area, but I would have been happy with this hotel for an extended stay. The room was clean, the bedding smelled fresh, there were adequate towels in the spacious bathroom. There was a frig and a microwave, which we didn't use, but it was nice to see. It's easy to get to and has a well-lit parking area.

Bathroom door had been repaired from some kind of damage and had not been repainted well. That's just cosmetic, but it just looked like a poor, unfinished job!

The room (and the entire hotel) was very neat, clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We paid in advance through Booking.com. Neither of the credit card numbers that Booking.com sent to the hotel worked. I had to call customer service and waited for half an hour while Booking.com tried to work out a solution (including telling the hotel to just issue me a key and they'd get paid "tomorrow or the next day" by Booking. I ended up canceling the reservation for a refund and the hotel staff made me one on the spot, giving me the Booking.com rate and a room upgrade. Excellent service! Can't say the same for Booking.com's reps. The room was warm, had a nice window seat, and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was nothing special but good for the rate we were paying, with a waffle maker.

Nothing, just better service from Booking.com, but not the hotel's fault.

The room was pleasantly beautiful actually. Much more modern than I was expecting and I loved the window seat! It even had a sink and a little bar seating area and a sitting area that was separated by a room divider which was nice. It was very clean and nice.

The breakfast was a bit lackluster. Mainly everything was carbs. A bit of a let down but it was still free breakfast so we like that! The pool was nice but we didn't get to experience it too much cause there were lots of kids and it closed by the time we got down there. But all in all it was nice.

Changing owners (Microtel to Spark) made it difficult to find, facilities were closed due to renovations and hot breakfast also not available, none of this was stated at booking. Check in staff was great, checking out, staff was rude and not helpful.

I liked the close proximity to the casino, and the hotel was undergoing renovations, but very comfortable and clean.

Breakfast was offered, but when I got there at 8:30, the coffee was empty, and there was no one around to ask to refill it. Ended up at the gas station Sheetz for coffee.

All of the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Very nice, spacious and clean room. Price was very reasonable, considering the facility and service.

For what we paid, the visit was all that one could expect... and more. Nothing really to improve when you consider this price range.... just keep it up and all is great.

Well kept motel. Very clean, quiet and convenient. Room was perfect and walkin shower was terrific. Only complaint would be the breakfast. Everything was carbs, no main protein like eggs and sausage. There was only packects of cream cheese for a protein. . English muffin seemed stale. Only apples no bananas or oranges
