The hogel is beautiful

The food system if you have full pension and that you need to pay for the water. However, the water in summer is something that you need; it can't be that you keep charging people at dinner and at the pool for water. It is essential to ensure that guests have access to clean and refreshing water throughout their stay. Therefore, including water as part of the pension package would enhance the overall guest experience and satisfaction. Additionally, providing complimentary water can also contribute to the eco-friendly image of the establishment.

Maintaining good standards, clean and spacious. Staff are very helpful. All the restaurants offered a good ambients and really nice surroundings particularly backgrounding the beach and sunset. Buddha Bar drinks are high quality as we have experienced in their London bar. Great beach. We booked the speed boat sunset tour but had to cancel sadly due to high winds and strong waves. But the fact that that option was there was great. We booked skijets straight from the reception and they picked us up from the hotel beach. Breakfast is exceptionally good and offers a verity of options. Must say that the white sangria available in the Lobby bar was an exceptionally good.

Restaurants are bit overpriced. Wow restaurant steak is pretty much an average steak considering the food we have experienced in Michelin star restaurants. Price is not reflecting the quality of food. Sadly my kids ended up with food poisoning following the meal we had from the Elems Cretan restaurant. We didn’t find that the seafood restaurant offered anything spectacular and we felt some local authentic Cusins offered better food than the hotel restaurant. My kids used the play room mostly to play pool. Unfortunately the ventilation is not the best in the kids play area with lack of windows or air conditioning.

Friendly staff and good food

We had two rooms ..one was a suite ( duplex) ..the ground floor was cool and nice ..the upper floor where the bed is was extremely hot and unbearable..it seems that the design for the air conditioning makes the air directed to the lower floor and thus keeping the upper floor very hot …the hotel could not do any thing about it ..we ended up having a fan in the room which is not convenient for a 5 star hotel

We had the most incredible 10-day stay at this beautiful resort with our new baby. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable — nothing was ever too much trouble, and every single person we encountered was genuinely friendly and helpful. Our room was absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views that we never got tired of. It was spacious, spotlessly clean, and made us feel completely at home — a real sanctuary for us and our little one. Buddha Bar was a real highlight, especially watching the sunsets with a drink in hand. And we can't stop talking about Bony Fish — hands down the best fish we've ever eaten! The food throughout our stay was consistently outstanding. We’re already dreaming about our next visit. Thank you for making our first holiday as a family so special.

Not much to dislike! Perhaps the room service menu could be improved, additional dishes and vegetarian options. Cooked buffet breakfast could do with an upgrade also, but the a la carte menu is very tasty. Would also be good to have regular top ups of shower gel and tea/coffee in the room - I think we missed these due to baby napping schedule.

The hotel is distinguished by its variety of beaches and their length on the sea. The hotel staff is very cooperative, and various restaurants cater to all tastes.

Food quality at Buddha Bar

We were celebrating my wife's 40th Birthday and I wanted everything to be perfect - and it was. We were upgraded to the best "Villa Room" of the hotel and it was just perfect - everything about it. Flowers in the room, a beautiful cake, and some other treats. It was a genuine VIP treatment. The hotel's design is beautiful, It's not screaming Luxury, but with all the light, sea, design touches, and style - it really feels Luxurious and deserves its stars.

The room was big, clean, and suitable. The room's pool was great, as well as the the outside poolside area. The staff was super friendly! very helpful and always nice! The hotel is huge and spacious so it never feels crowded at any point. food was delicious!!

The fact that tap water isn't avible at any point - meaning going to dinner or breakfast of eating by the pool and they make you buy a bottle of ""Artisan Water" in 5Euros - People who come to the hotel and pay thousands of Euros don't expect to be robbed by the small things. It is super annoying! The drinks and food in the hotel's restaurants is a bit too expansive, in my opinion paying 18 Euros for a cocktail in the pool is a bit too much.

We loved every minute of our stay. From the minute we walked in, we loved it. I believe it is the most beautiful reception I have ever seen - the ocean as a backdrop is just picture perfect. The lobby smelled amazing and we were welcomed in the most hospitable manner. The service was outstanding - it was more than the usual friendly and polite service, everyone made us feel welcome and well taken care of. They service we experienced was true hospitality with heart. The breakfast had the most amazing selection. The views all around the resort are incredible - starting from the lobby, to the room, to the pool, we loved that you could see the ocean from almost every angle. If we had to mention one point of improvement it would be the offering of vegetarian dishes. Even though all F&B outlets offered vegetarian menus, the dishes felt more like a side dish than a main course. Kosta at Buddha bar was rather rude when we tried to order drinks, informing my husband that he cannot take orders and my husband had to find a waiter/waitress. This did not reflect the otherwise experienced hospitality.

Beautiful resort, excellent location with amazing view, amazing architecture and design. The staff was very helpful and kind, and the food in the hotel restaurants was great.

Our rooms has a private pool, but not a sea view. I was not aware of that when I booked the room.

Breakfast was superb - a really great selection of foods with ice cream and bottles of fizz too! The room was clean and very stylish, the bed big and comfy, Elemis shampoo and shower gel, a fab balcony with a great sea view.

Every lunch time, we had lunch in the Buddha Bar. On one occasion, the music was so loud you couldn’t hear yourself speak. My partner asked the waitress if they could turn the volume down a touch but she said they couldn’t, they always have it at this volume. It’s not the kind of response you expect from an otherwise really fabulous hotel.
