The hotel was nice and clean, the room was nice and clean and the bed was very comfortable. The air conditioner was already on when we arrived, so it was nice to come into a cool comfortable room.

I am an American, so I am used to checking into hotels (especially American owned hotels) by simply providing my ID and a credit card, then walking away with the room key. I know they do things differently in other countries, but if there was anything I could change it would be that I had to sign paperwork upon check-in, and my partner also had to provide ID and sign paperwork to check-in. In the US none of that would have been required.

The best part of our stay was definitely the staff. This hotel knows what hospitality is to a T. Every day during breakfast and during any interaction we had with the staff was always above and beyond. The hotel it self was very nice, depending on the room some are more updated than others but my favorite part is the view of the pool and landscape of the outdoor yard area and enjoying breakfast outside everyday with great weather. Also the breakfast was top notch such a different variety every single day, gives you a taste of Salvadoran cuisine like plantains and tamales while including staples like eggs and beans. Well worth the price and will definitely return to this hotel next time I'm in San Salvador.

The staff super friendly, the breakfast very varied and very good taste, the outdoor facilities with a very nice garden as well as the pool. Good location, central and very quiet.

The hotel in general terms is fine. The carpet looked stained and broken. It undoubtedly needs an update.

A musty smell in the room, drap old carpets, needs more English TV channels and news that's not CNN, no bedside plugs for charging.

The room was large with a ki g size bed. Staff was helpful. Breakfast buffet was very good as well as restaurant food. Pool was clean and refreshing.

Location wasn't great but uber was cheap. Bed was hard. Had to ask for a lounge chair for the pool...they have 1.

The hotel was close to everywhere we wanted to visit, breakfasts were delicious and the staff was friendly and welcoming. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable.

Staff was excellent except from main desk no that friendly and always busy watching stuff on their laptops.. other wise the hotel is fine

Reception staff. Most of the ladies there were like not wanting to be there and always watching movies. If you would ask s9mething they would put a face like ...hello I am busy watching my movies.

The elevator was in maintenance but staff were helpful to take the luggage upstairs to the room and downstairs for check out
