This was one of the best accommodations we found in Thailand! A true oasis of peace where we felt completely relaxed and at home. The lovely couple who owns the place has an incredible approach that’s hard to find – they treated us like family! 😄 They helped us with everything, showed genuine interest in us, and even brought us sweets. The rooms are spacious and come with a small kitchenette. Breakfast was delicious. We loved the location – a bit farther from the busy Ao Nang (about 20 minutes by scooter), but that meant peace, fewer crowds, and the beautiful Klong Muang Beach just a short distance away. And right across from the accommodation? The amazing local restaurant Rong Chang, where we ate almost every day! Their soups? Just like grandma’s! 🥰 This place left us with so many wonderful memories. Thank you for such a warm welcome! 💛✨ I highly recommend it, and if we ever get the chance, we will definitely return to this amazing place!

We had a great stay at JR Place. We first stayed in a superior room for one night, which was very spacious with a small kitchen prep area, and then moved to a basic room for two more nights, which was smaller with only a tiny terrace but also nice. The apartment is modern, well-built, and overall very nice. We didn’t use the pool, but it looked nice. Check-in was handled by staff, and while the reception is only available in the evenings, that was perfectly fine for us. The location is practical and feels more local than touristy, which we liked a lot. It has plenty of restaurants and a lovely beach nearby (10-minute walk).

It can be a bit noisy in the mornings due to the mosque and animals like cats and roosters, but it wasn’t too bothersome for us. While the cleanliness could be slightly improved, the place is still very comfortable and a great option for a stay in the Krabi area. We’d definitely recommend it!

It’s a beautiful place, nice pool clean room, nice hot shower, TV and mini fridge. Really everything you want except for breakfast!

I ordered my breakfast to come at 7:30 because I was leaving just a bit after eight to go to the airport. My breakfast did not come at 7:30 the next morning.At 7:40 I texted the owner. No response.. at 7:45 I called him, no answer. Finally heard back from him just before 8saying hold on a minute I’ll see you about your breakfast. Well I never got breakfast. So nice place but just DON’T expect breakfast! also it’s a little isolated so there’s really not anywhere to go close by for breakfast.

An exceptional property with the kindest and most generous hosts. Very well appointed, brand new rooms with air con and a spacious kitchenette and bathroom. Free tea and coffee provided throughout the day. An intimate, quiet location with a welcome pool and exotic planting in the garden. Highly recommended and incredible value for money! The beach is a 10 minute walk, The Best Restaurant just 5 minutes away and Mother Market across the road. Perfect!

The yard and the pool are like an oasis in the midst of a local neighbourhood. The beds were super comfy and the room was large. All staff were exceptional. Mr A kept rooms serviced and Mr Keng and Ms Ao were outstanding hosts. Having access to a kitchen that offers complimentary coffee and tea all day was a bonus. Restaurants and grocery store were a short walk away and the Klong Mueng beach was about a 15 minute walk.

Before arriving in Thailand, I spent a lot of time considering where to stay. I was uncertain about my choice but in the end, turned out to be completely happy having stayed at JR Place. The walk to Klong Muang beach is easy and doesnt take long at all. There are several great restaurants available nearby. I recommend The Boat cafe (beachfront), The Best, and Rong Chang. There is also a 7-Eleven and ATM machines in walking distance. By the way, Klong Muang is infinitely nicer beach than Ao Nang for swimming, and much more quiet. Away from the crowds. Truly a paradise! You won't regret it! We took a taxi into the main town and one day even rented a car directly from the hotel. At the hotel the pool is lovely. Wifi, air conditioning and hot water all work excellent. We found our room to be very comfortable and spacious. Excellent value for what we paid! The manager and his wife were very pleasant and helpful. We were very satified and would happily return. Recommended!

One of the best of our stays!! Mr. Keng and Ms. Aom are extremely nice and kind people. They did a great job with this place. Very cute kitchen on the territory also was a huge bonus)) Please, take care about this cat! The place itself feels like a piece of heaven, quite, nice and green. Close to the beautiful beach and to the Best restaurant (yes, this is the name:) where you can find the most delicious Thai food! Very recommended!!

Want to start by saying that the owners of the place are amazing and very friendly. They treat you really well. The accommodation was wonderful, close to the beach and close to some restaurants in the area. You are also close to the 7-eleven. The accommodation itself is very clean and has a nice atmosphere. We also rented motorbikes through them for 250 baht/day. Highly recommend the place.

It is quite nice and clean boutique hotel. Our room was by the pool, peaceful and silent. Staff were super nice and helpful. If you want to be in a more peaceful and less busy area but close to the beach at the same time (8-10 min.s walking distance) we definitely recommend this place.
