Our stay ended up being wonderful, but the beginning was a bit confusing. On the first day, we were checked into the wrong room — a triple instead of the two-bedroom unit for five that we had booked and prepaid. This caused some initial frustration: the keys didn’t work, there were no pillows or towels, and we had to ask for many basic things at reception. Eventually, we discovered it wasn’t even our room, but the receptionist told us we could only move the next day. We reached out to the administration, and they responded quickly. In the morning, we were moved to the correct room, received a partial refund, and were treated to a lovely breakfast — the situation was handled very well. The room itself was beautiful: clean, modern, spacious, stylish, and very comfortable. Everything was truly on a high level. It would have been perfect if it had gone smoothly from the start, but things happen — and we appreciate how it was resolved. Future guests may want to double-check their room on arrival, just in case.

The back of the hotel (where the parking and reception is) looks basic. But the historic front is very nice. Inside you find good basic rooms. There is an elevator. To cope with the few hot days there was a fan. Breakfast was full of choice, plenty of tables to sit, and the staff was constantly refilling. It is located in a quiet suburb next to a small shopping centre with a big supermarket. The S-train station is 10 minutes walking. You can find S-bus stops less than 5 minutes walking away.. Free care parking on dedicated spots is available (it requires simple registration).

The coffee provided during breakfast could be better.

15-20 minutes by train to Copenhagen. 10 minutes walk to the train station. A quiet place, peaceful. It's a small shopping center 5 minute walk from the hotel, if you need something quick..... Parking provided by the hotel, just use the app showed in the lobby close to the reception. Friendly staff. Breakfast good, few things to choose from, scrambled eggs, boiled as well, cheese, fruits, cereals, etc., coffee etc. Got a kettle in the room as well, with coffee and some tea bags, and a fridge. Anyway, would recommend the place, might go back soon, given the fact my daughter studies in Denmark for now.....

Clean room, although it was a different smell in the room, I suspect dog piss.... Not permanent, so I think they've tried to clean it better, but no luck this time! Or maybe my senses are way too sharp, who knows.... :) I got 3 dogs, so I know!

Didn't have breakfast here so can't comment on that. The room was spacious and very clean. Train station a good 15-20 mins walk away & then a 20 mins train journey into Copenhagen. Staff were very pleasant and helpful.

Shower would be better with a closed screen instead of a curtain, and better drainage as water flowed out of the shower onto the bathroom floor despite the bath mat being there. A few cafes around during the day, but the only couple of restaurants were about 10-15 mins walk away in a shopping mall - nice though.

The rooms were clean and freshly renovated. The hotel undergoes a major refurbishment and everything was clean. The beds were comfortable and the duvets gave a nice, warm and cozy feeling. The staff was also very friendly, they made sure we know how to get to the hotel and were calling us to check if we will arrive on time (note that the reception closes pretty early - at 21:00). The breakfast was very good. The hotel is 20 minutes from Copenhagen city center (it has its own parking). But it is very easy to get to the main tourist spots by bus, bicycle and even by car (believe it or not, but Copenhagen is quite car-friendly and it is easy to find a parking spot even during rush hours). There is also a shopping center just next to the hotel, so you can go for a coffee, dinner or do basic shopping.

Big room very clean and confortable bed

Distance from city center Is 20 min in train but you have to add 12 minutes to walk to the train station. You have to go under 2 little bridges, as a woman alone I was a little scared even if I read that Denmark is very safe. Other wise hotel Is perfect. Is just the logistic if you plan to use public transport and if you are alone.

Spacious room with great beds. Facilities and breakfast are basic but fine. Free parking if you register at the hotel. Most of the bathroom floor gets wet when taking a shower due to there only being a curtain as seperator, but we knew this from other reviews and came prepared. Hotel is located in one of the suburbs, but is close to a train station. Travel time to city centre is about 30 minutes.

Rooms warm up quickly and there is no airco. Not a big issue during our stay because the weather was poor, but can be troublesome during hot summer days. A bit expensive considering the facilities, but Copenhagen is expensive in general.

Staff: super friendly and helpful. We arrived a few hours later than expected and we got a call from the front desk because they were concerned we had gotten lost and would miss the reception closing time. Amenities: The 2nd floor coffee and tea area was lovely, and the little book exchange nook was super cute! Quiet: many of the rooms face out to a church and a big garden. It's very quiet and peaceful. Free Wifi: it was great! The wifi speed was regularly between 150 Mbps and 300 Mbps.

Beds: a bit too soft but overall comfortable. Reservation: I asked for a twin room and was booked for a double bed room, but the staff saw the discrepancy without me asking and changed it right away (which was lovely!)

The hotel is under renovation, which wasn't mentioned on booking. We had a late flight in and arrived after the reception closing and noticed that the main floor from the parking doesn't excite. It was scary for the moment. At the end everything was more than fine

coffee and tea offered during the day in the room price that was nice, very friendly and kind staff, free parking, iron + board, the small park in front the hotel, good value for money compared with the prices from the city center, no problems for our dog

only breakfast possibility, would have been nice to have a restaurant, but there are a few places to eat close to the hotel and a supermarket, would have been very nice also a yard, but it was a small park in front of the hotel, a bit far from the city center
