I loved the people working; they were all friendly and easy to talk to. When I asked for a meat substitute the chef was nice enough to let me know that they did have alternatives for me to eat from.

I didn't like that I needed to print something, yet both the computer and printer were down. I also didn't like that the pool was closed by the time I went upstairs and dropped off my things. I kinda wish that after a certain time only adults are allowed in the pool so we have more time than just 9 pm.

Our room was HUGE. Loved having space to spread out and the kitchenette too.

Breakfast was crazy on the morning of the eclipse which should have been anticipated and prepared for better. They refused to refill anymore food after 8:30am even though breakfast is advertised from 6-9am. There was an empty plastic water bottle in the decorative planters out front for our entire stay. I finally removed it myself but that should have been noticed and taken care of by the staff. Would have been nice to have a hot tub at the pool area. A way to stream to the TV’s would be nice too. Many hotels have a way to stream from your Netflix or Disney+ accounts at least.

This is our go to Hotel when we travel through Maumee. it costs a bit more, but is so worth it. The rooms are large, have everything you need, are very spacious and clean and the beds are very comfortable!

Basically nothing. The only thing I can think of is the eggs are always a bit chilly, but they have a microwave handy, so it's really no big deal! Nice to be able to catch a quick breakfast before we get back on the road!

I asked for room on first floor and was told it would be put in the notes. When we arrived there was no note about it. And we spoke twice to staff about putting in the request and twice was told it was in the notes. we did not get a room on first floor.

This hotel was very clean. Friendly employees. Easy right off the highway. Close to restaurants and shops. Parking was plentiful and easy even with a truck and trailer. Breakfast food options were nice. Two eggs options, turkey bacon, waffles and French toast. Continental options as well. Bagels, fruit, cereal, oatmeal.

Breakfast was decent but very crowded and not enough easy seating. We ended up taking our plates back to our room. Housekeeping was in the hallway at 8 am. Room took a long time to cool off. It was set to 75° when we checked in.

Employee who checked us in (Mish) and was there during our stay was very professional, friendly, helpful. He was excellent. You want to make sure you keep him.

There really wasn't anything that we disliked. We used Fitness Center and thought it was good. We did not use the pool so not sure. But overall, we thought it thought hotel and staff was excellent.

Quiet and clean. The Suite was spacious. We would have appreciated another chair so 2 could eat at the table. Also a bathroom fan would be appreciated. Ample towels, liked the silverware, glasses, dishes. Close to gas stations, restaurants, easy on/off to highway.

Only 1 chair for dining, no bathroom fan. Sheets were dried with scented dryer sheets, a big turn off. Not a fan of the breakfast scrambled eggs, but the pancakes and bacon were very good.

Very close to the interstate. Many options for food in the surrounding area. We had a 2 queen suite with a kitchen and the room was very spacious. The couch was comfortable. The beds were so comfortable! We slept so well. This was perfect after a long day on the road. The man who checked us in was very friendly.

I liked that the facility was close to the location of my daughter’s volleyball tournament. Our room was very clean and very comfortable. The value was exceptional and we would definitely stay at this property again. I also appreciated how friendly and professional the staff was and they got us checked in and out quickly.

The water pressure in the shower was a little low.

Staff was excellent. Had issue with booking.com reservation (nothing wrong on hotel end) and they were able to help fix the problem and get us a room on their end.
