Quiet area, nice heated pool, and very comfortable beds!

My friend could hear my conversation through the walls. Not very sound proof. New policy about checking in, We arrived 25 min early and were told we would be charged $30 or $35 dollars extra to check in or we could wait in the parking lot till check in.

outside of hotel well kept. ADA compliant room suited wheelchair user. Plenty of car parking. Breakfast adequate. Public spaces clean.

Room tired and needs updating.

It was a little difficult to find the property at first but once we figured it out, it was great.

An elevator would be good for those who have mobility issues. I recently hurt my knee (after making the reservation) and our room was on the 2nd floor and there were no 1st floor rooms available. It was difficult.

Clean, hard flooring no carpet, plumbing worked well, nice towels and linen.

Surprise $100 deposit added to the bill at check-in and charged to credit card, apparently refundable days later, should have been stated before booking. Room very basic and plain.

Nice location, walkable to grocery stores, gas stations, pharmacy & affordable to upscale eats And yet it's located at a quiet area Breakfast was simple but filling All team members were friendly and professional Rooms were tidy with complete amenities

Bed was creaky but mattress was comfortable 😴

Breakfast was excellent! More breakfast food to select from then I expected. I loved their location! So many places to eat and shop nearby!! I can't wait to return to Best Western Vancouver!

I liked everything!!

Loved that we were in a bind, and best Western accommodated us. We needed 2 rooms, and it was very late notice and they still treated us amazingly. Best hotel experience I've had in a long time. They care about their customers.

There isn't anything I didn't like except.for the location. I got kind of nervous when I saw the motel next door because we had stayed in the motel before and that had been awful, but I needn't have worried because our stay at BW was excellent.

Location Accessibility

Cost quoted did not include taxes etc so the price we had to pay was at least 50$more

The room was very nice, clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful

The mattress on the bed was not very comfortable at all.

Breakfast was good. 3rd Street and hotel were a bit hard to find.

Signage to location needs more prominence. I could not find NBC and the NCAA basketball championship on the TV. What gives?
