Location is great: just across the street from Mihara Station. Staff was fantastic. Front desk staff helped us with shipping luggage to our next hotel and restaurant staff gave kids extra food when they were still hungry after finishing the set meal. Breakfast was good. You gave 4 meal choices to pick from. You need to choose the meal and select an eating time when you check in. Room was a good size and laid out well.

Minor quibble: the duvet cover was a shiny smooth fabric so it kept sliding off the bed. This wasn’t a dislike for me because I love hearing trains, but others may consider this a negative: because it is so close to the station, you can hear the trains quite well depending on what side of the hotel you’re on. It wasn’t loud, but if you’re sensitive, consider asking for a room facing away from the station.

Perfect location ditectly in front of the train station. Many shops and restaurants nearby. Free use of microwaves, washing machines and dryer, bicycles, umbrellas and even a printer and copier. Pleny of free amenities for the bathroom. We had a small problem with one of the bikes that required fixing by a mechanic. The money we spent on that got reimbursed immediately with a lot of apologies. Very well handled. If you have questions about what to do or where to go, the very friendly and polite staff are happy to advise you in any way and print out ferry times or train tables. Rain was pouring when we left and while waiting under the little roof outside the door for the traffic light to turn green, the receptionist came out and she _gave_ us two umbrellas as a gift! Amazing value for money. Would not even consider any other place when coming back.

the staff at hotel yassa are amazing and kind. they gladly accepted our bike boxes and held them while we cycled the shimanami kaido. they were accommodating and always with a smile. some staff speak great english and are very helpful as well! location is literally right next to the train station. great place to land.

The location was perfect, just across the street from Mihara Station in Hiroshima. The room layout was generous and the bed was also relatively bigger. I like that the breakfast was prepared as you order even if there is a given set already.

The hotel building is quite old and the entrance leaves a lot to be desired.

Nice room, located near the station and had a very tasty breakfast. With the breakfast you get three options, (1. Japanese style 2. Western style 3. French toast) I myself had chosen the first option.

Wall between rooms was very thin. You can easily hear some talking next door. If u are sensitive with it, probably need earplug or something.

50 m from the station! Very nice and helpfull reception. We borrowed bikes (simple one gear) for free.
