The location is literally a few steps from the Piazza del Popolo and a short walk from the Borghese gardens. A metro station is nearby to take you to other landmarks. The proprietor was very friendly and welcoming. The room was comfortable and clean, and the bed and pillows were very nice. I especially want to thank the property for having an excellent lighted mirror for doing makeup and an extra mirror on a shelf that allows you to see the back of your hair. Finally, a hotel room where I feel confident getting ready for the day — thank you!

There was nothing not to like. If you have accessibility concerns through, please be aware that a) taxis cannot drop you right in front because it is a pedestrian-only street (it is only a short distance to drop off though), b) it is necessary to go up a few steps to reach the elevator, c) the elevator may be too small to accommodate a wheelchair, and d) there are also a few small steps between the lobby and the rooms.

Situated just down from the Piazza del Poppolo, Tridente Suites is a charming location with rich history and modern furnishings. Our stay there was spectacular! Our host, Antonio, was warm, welcoming and incredibly informative. We had a wonderful time exploring Rome, everything was very walkable from the location and near to the Flaminio stop on the Metro for further trips! At Tridente Suites there is a lift for convenience, lovely air con and the room itself was clean and incredibly well presented. We couldn't recommend staying here more! :)

EVERYTHING! Firstly the location was superb! Right on the edge of Piazza del Popolo square and central to shops and all the major attractions. The rooms were spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for our short stay. The bed was SO comfortable and we felt well rested after busy days. The host Antonio was a true gentleman, nothing was too much trouble, he spent time with us when we first arrived talking through the map and surrounding areas, made recommendations for good places to eat and was a genuine family man, we were treated like family friends. Our stay was booked by my husband as a surprise for my 50th birthday and Antonio made such a lovely fuss of us. We would highly recommend staying here if you have the opportunity, you won’t regret it.

Nothing whatsoever!

The location, the staff and the rooms were all perfect. Antonio welcomed us when we arrived and made sure we were made comfortable from the outset. He arranged taxi collection which went smoothly and he ensured we were happy with the service. He also took time out to show us on the map where all the major attractions were located in relation to the suites, it was like a ‘lightbulb moment’ for getting our bearings of the city and made our whole trip so much easier to navigate and enjoy. We will be back and definitely wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Rome.

Nothing it was all great

The location of this property is amazing. It’s easy to access and it’s right in a popular, vibrant street. The staff was phenomenal and took such great care of me and my girlfriends. They provided assistance with securing transportation for us going to the port, being picked up and then to the airport. I can’t think them enough.

There wasn’t much that I didn’t like about the property however, the elevator was only big enough for two people. But it’s definitely something you can work with.

Great location. Super central and close to everything! Even though it’s in the middle of the city, it was surprisingly quiet at night. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the bed was big and comfortable. We really enjoyed how easy it was to get around from this hotel.

Thin walls. You can clearly hear people talking, especially the staff during their breaks or when chatting in the early morning hours. It didn’t ruin our stay, but light sleepers might find it a bit disturbing.

I recently stayed at Tridente Suites,located in the heart of the city, and I couldn't have been more impressed. The hotel is not only in a perfect central location, but it is also beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. Every corner of the property reflects attention to detail and style, making it a truly inviting space. What really stood out during my stay was the wonderful staff. They were incredibly kind, attentive, and always there when I needed assistance. Their genuine care and commitment to making my stay as comfortable as possible made all the difference. Whether you're in town for business or leisure, I highly recommend Tridente Suites for its excellent service, central location, and welcoming atmosphere. I’ll definitely be returning!

Great location, clean, friendly and helpful staff

My only gripe is that I was not given the room I booked. I purposely booked separate beds but had to share a bed with my granddaughter. They did offer to split the beds, but we were so tired after the journey we just accepted it. I can understand why they changed the room, but I should have be given the room I booked.

Our family had a wonderful trip to Rome thank to Antonio and his staff & family. We got there a little early and Antonio was there to meet us and he helped out by letting us store our bags before regular check-in hours and by giving us a wonderful run down of the area in Rome. We spent some time chatting (thank you for your English skills Antonio!) and it was very enjoyable. He also made sure that we had everything we needed in our rooms. The location was wonderful...not too crowded but still close to everywhere we wanted to go. I was excited my whole life to visit Rome and Tridente Suites was the perfect place to stay! Thank you Antonio for a wonderful stay and your hospitality!

The property was in the middle of everything and great walking distances to big attractions. Everyone at the hotel was kind and the hotel was beautiful. Every single day the rooms were very clean and entry and exit to the hotel was easy. The owner Antonio was very kind and helpful, even with a slight language barrier between us we were able to figure everything out and get it squared away. The receptionist was also very welcoming and very kind. I can’t recommend this hotel enough, the views from the window were very beautiful.

I loved everything about the property.
