Nice stuff, clean rooms, variety of cable channels. Hotel employees were able to get us a room on a “whim” when we decided to stay one more night right at the check out time. We didn’t have to wait for check in time, we moved in about 11:30! I also want to thank hotel for being very polite about my autistic daughter who threw a huge tantrum in the lobby upon us changing rooms. I didn’t get one dirty look or one question. They all were extremely cool. The only small issue was the extremely cool water in the pool, noticeably colder than average. It was very hard to stay in the water.

The breakfast was a wonderful addition. Everything was clean and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I was billed the wrong amount at first but it was a pending transaction. Once the transaction went through, it was for the correct amount. The room was wonderful and I loved the shower! There was plenty of room and I appreciated the microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker since I was on business and didn’t have time to eat out. The pillow options were delightful and the bed was comfortable.

The pool looked a little rough which was a bit disappointing but it has so much potential! The WiFi was definitely difficult to access in some parts of my room but overall it was fine. I did miss the turn to get to the hotel quite a few times so it can be a bit tricky to find if you don’t know the area. I wasn’t able to find the hotel on the Marriott Bonvoy sight and no one picked up when I had a billing question.

One of the best breakfast included breakfasts around. (real bacon and scrambled eggs, make your own waffles, fruit, muffins, cereal, yogurt, great coffee and juices) Room was super clean with comfy bed. Near Keswick Theater with many upscale neighborhood amenities like restaurants, shops etc... $99 weekday rate made this place an absolute steal. Avoid the hassle and stress of driving and parking in Philly. This Hotel is 8 minute drive to Willow Grove suburban rail station where you can park for free and take a relaxing 30 minute ride directly to city center attactions. A facility this nice would cost three or four times as much in downtown Philadelphia.

The staff working the front desk Monday night (I wish I remembered her name) was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! We were put in a room on the 3rd floor with noisy fighting neighbors and was moved IMMEDIATELY without any troubles at all. And she was just ABSOLUTELY lovely! The staff for breakfast this morning (Tuesday) was so wonderful and friendly and accommodating.

The pool was freezing, it was pretty dirty, trash was floating in the pool and thrown trash on the ground around the pool. That part was the only dissappointing part.

The staff were excellent. The bed was comfortable.

The breakfast was okay, but the plastic cutlery was terrible. In the UK, single use plastic is banned. There was a field study group in the next rooms, and they were making a lot of noise. I did complain to reception, and they contacted their chaperone. This should not happen. There should be rules in place regarding groups..

It was clean, the front desk clerk was polite, patient and attentive. Loved the shower.

the fridge didn’t work when we got into our room though the front desk clerk got us a new one. The food and coffee was cold from the breakfast, and the pool was cold and sent my husband into a shock, causing dizziness & blurred vision. The tub could use none slip adhesive strips, my grandson slipped in the tub 3 times causing him to splash water.

The staff is always friendly and professional. I have stayed at this location numerous times and each time it has been pleasurable and enjoyable. I will continue to book at Fairfiled in Horsham whenever I come to town

I liked everything. Nothing to complain about at all. Keep up the GREAT WORK. At this point there is nothing I did not like. I really enjoy this hotel, Looking forward to next stay.

My stay was for less than twenty four hours, so there's not much to say. The facilities were fine for a brief stay, and the front desk staff were very courteous and professional when I arrived and checked out. The bed was comfortable, and the internet was effective.

Nothing major to report, beyond the fact that the breakfast was truly the bare minimum and the furniture in the dining area could use some reupholstering.

This is my out of town home away from home. The staff is EXCELLENT 24 hours a day, The breakfast is delicious great variety for me and the juice is always nice and fresh. The facility is ALWAYS clean

The iron was inoperable and the laundry facility needs to be updated which includes a bigger washing machine. Also, there should be more than one washer and dryer. Otherwise everything else is GOOD

Breakfast was excellent, and the facility was very clean. The staff was very helpful!

This isn’t even fair to say, because it’s not a real problem, but the pool wasn’t heated. We traveled with a two year old who was very excited to swim, and had to ration our pool time. That’s literally my only complaint about this place - everything else was EXCELLENT and I would absolutely stay there again.
