For a long term stay this was wonderful. We visit family in Maumee, so this place is centrally located between multiple families. There are close supermarkets and restaurants, so food is easily procured. It is quiet, so we slept soundly during our visit. Love the Tim Horton's nearby.

At the breakfast service, they offer coffee creamers in the little plastic containers. It would be ideal if the cream was offered from a larger container, cutting down on the amount of plastic used. But I do bring my own pint of 1/2 & 1/2 storing it in the refrigerator in the room.

Very clean , good location, efficient helpful staff staff

I was looking forward to breakfast as I couldn’t wait to have the biscuits and gravy and eggs I had last time. Sadly, I didn’t have time this trip. I love the location as I woman traveling alone, I like how it is tucked way back behind the Honda dealership. It feels safe even when I am coming in late at night.

My room was not as clean as it should have been the desk and coffee table needed to be wiped down, which I did. There were stains from the previous guests where they had placed their food and coffee. The couch cushions were stained and dirty looking. I placed a sheet over it to use it.

Traveling to Maumee from Detroit with my daughter since her father lives in Ohio. I like this hotel a lot . I love the location & being behind the Honda dealerships makes it very secluded. It’s a cul de sac of hotels there. The pool is so amazing & eventhough the hotel wasn’t as pristine clean as my first stay, I will stay again! Staff is excellent! Free breakfast is tasty . My daughter had fun in the pool & the staff was very accommodating to my special requests.

The man who answered the phone, when I was simply inquiring about the pool being open. He started asking about “who is coming” & explaining that people bring people to the hotel to use the pool who are not staying at Comfort Inn. His tone was all wrong & that concern had nothing to do with me. Such a teachable moment for him to learn how to speak to patrons with care and not sound accusatory or biased. The elevator & the floor needed to be mopped especially in the elevator. First floor of hotel had a weird smell this time that wasn’t chlorine.

Good location. Smooth check-in, helpful staff. Older building, but well-maintained. Air-conditioner not working in first room we were given and non opening windows. Given a second room, but unfortunately left our suit bag in the first room closet. Not the hotel's fault, but maybe they should note the rooms where the AC doesn't work and not use them. They promised to send the bag via UPS. Waiting to hear the charges.

Breakfast was very nice, a good variety every day. Staff was very nice. Place was clean. They were pretty busy but it was very quiet when we were in our room, did not hear hallway or outside noise.

The elevator was very slow. Also flushing the toilet sounded like a jet taking off, very loud. My husband was disappointed that there was no hot tub, it has been removed and filled.

Very clean, supplies in room were well stocked, nice parking lot (well lighted). The breakfast was well done and the man that keeps the dining area stocked and clean is awesome! The breakfast starting at 6:00 a.m. was extremely helpful when softball games started early.

The wireless was a bit sketchy. Even though I was travelling with family I received a call where I needed to check an issue at work, and I ultimately had to switch to my phone as a wireless access point.

The king suite was very spacious and the bed wasn't tall, which makes it easier to get into. Powerful flushing toilets, big tv, nice furniture, highly recommended to anyone.

There really wasn't much. Only things that come to mind are the pool being cold, breakfast lasting til 9 and not 11, but that's not a major deal, and the vending machines are not card accessible.

It was a little light, but ok. Bacon would have been nice.

We came in one afternoon & I had a stomach discomfort so I stopped & grabbed 1 yogurt. Immediately a kitchen staff came up from behind me and admonished me in front of my husband & another gentleman. It was embarrassing to say the least. I thought about packing up & moving to another hotel where the employees have more respect for their customers. Overall we had a great stay there, but I’m not sure I’ll be back. I informed the sweet lady at the counter, but felt the need to repeat it here.

The rooms were very nice and clean. Staff was very friendly at checking. We were there for travel baseball tournament and will go back there again. The breakfast was decent, although the time they have vay differently from other hotels that have a longer breakfast time. Nevertheless, enjoyed the stay. It was close to some good food restaurants as well.

The person who was cleaning rooms didn't speak English at all and I was asking for kleenex and he had no idea what I was talking about, I had to grab it from his cart. But, he did smile and say sorry "no english" nice young man.
