This hotel is amazingly stunning! Rooms are beautifully appointed with contemporary furnishings. I stayed in a room that had a split 2nd level bedroom overlooking the lower level bedroom and living room. Both bedrooms were well equipped with comfortable beds, hypoallergenic & soft billowy pillows, night stands, a spacious armoire, a large sized wall-mounted flat screen t.v., desk and chair with a large lovely framed mirror hung above, all in asthetically pleasing light and neutral colours. Modern bathroom with a glass enclosed shower, ceramic tiling, and marble floors. The air conditioning unit worked well and was quite necessary. All of the people at the 24-hour front desk, restaurant, servers, kitchen staff, cooks, housekeeping staff, and hosts were so incredibly kind, friendly, helpful, pleasant, and so welcoming! Being greeted with big smiles and a "good morning!" each day was such a wonderful way to start my day. Buffet-style breakfast was great! So much to chose from. Food was fresh and tasted great. This hotel was beyond my expectations! I highly recommend the Emerald Suites and Spa Florina for stays across all seasons. The fireplace in the common area would be such a cozy hangout in the winter. I most definitely would stay there again. A deep heartfelt "Thank you!" for making my stay a superb one.

The hotel is beautiful and smells so good, and the rooms are great: our beds were comfy and spacious, and the bathroom was very clean. The breakfast was awesome, tasty and rich in selection. I understand they use local ingredients, which is superb! Also, the staff was very kind and helpful. I loved our stay in Emerald Suits!

The hotel had an event the night we stayed, and the music and the guests were rather loud. Parking was a bit difficult (probably because of the event). Otherwise, no problems at all!

Loved the fact that it was perfect location that you can walk the whole city of Florida Greece Loved the Grand entrance and lobby area and the welcoming light decore it was perfect! The rooms where comfortable and had an amazing clean and rich feel... for the value for your money and location

I loved the location, loved the staff, loved the feel of a five star hotel in a smaller town Florina Greece was impressed with the value for your money for the beautiful facilities and service.

The hotel was very nicely decorated had a lovely elegance about it. The moment I walked in I felt very welcomed by the lady at reception desk called Menia, she was extremely helpful and polite.The lobby areas and dining was very impressive and felt very spacious. My room was very clean and smelt like new, everything was perfect, the balcony was a good size and had amazing views of the town below and side of the mountain. Beds and pillows where comfortable and smelt really nice. I wanted an iron and ironing board, reception staff came within 2 mins and the maid offered to help with the ironing! The breakfast selection was great, had everything you can imagine but what was great was the homemade spanakopita, tiropita and bougatsa, made by Nana who was extremely helpful and polite. Overall I was impressed with my stay at Emerald Suites and would definitely stay again.

Excellent breakfast, liked the balcony and view of the mountains. Enjoyed eating breakfast on the terrace. Staff friendly and helpful.

Beds a little too soft, air conditioning a little warmer than I like, but I do tend to like it quite cool and large stain on the carpet on the 2nd floor, very unattractive.

Emerald suites had beautiful, comfortable beds and large clean rooms. Their restaurant service was very convenient for our family.

For the price we paid, I would have expected daily bottled water and our instant coffee to be replenished in the room. We had no coffee in our room, so I used the machine in their lobby (which is not that great) and was then charged 6€. Considering the high price I paid for the accommodation, this should have been complimentary. For me, it's not the money, but the principal behind it.

The room was spacious and comfortable. Bathroom had enough space itself. Location is perfect and you can always find parking, so you won't have problem to park your car, even though the hotel itself has no parking area. TheBreakfast was perfect; the amount and the quality of the buffet was great. Finally, I personally loved the terrace; it was great to have a last drink before going to sleep! Last, but not least, the personnel was incredibly polite and they are an asset to the hotel!

Excellent hotel. Great Modern facilities. Quiet location, easy parking on the road in front of the hotel, ten minutes walking distance to the city center and Sakouleva river. Room impecably clean, spacious, nicely decorated. Very nice bathroom. Excellent breakfast; great variety, excellent quality. Very polite and helpfull staff. We definitely recommend it. We'll choose it again in a future trip to the area.

It would be nice to have a balcony (not all rooms have a balcony). A second chair in the room would be useful. It would be usefull to offer guests a city map.

Fabulous property and room. We arrived very late and the staff member was fantastic, helping us as much as possible. The room was an amazing size, clean and sofa bed was made ready for us. Beds including the sofa were extremely comfortable. Parking was out the front and easy to find. The views were fantastic, breakfast was wonderful. Lovely hotel.

Very nice hotel, new construction. Clean and tastefully decorated. Excellent breakfast and nice bar, one can certainly spend some time in the common areas. Walking distance from pretty much everything in Florina. Plenty of public space around the hotel for parking on the street.

I did not see a ramp at the entrance but I guess there must be one somewhere. Also, due to the hotel design I guess it could get noisy in the room if there are a lot of people at the bar, but I did not have any issues myself.
