Nice and cosy rooms (a bit old-fashioned) with views on the lake. It is a tiny resort. Also very nice and hospitable host who told us about the sad but interesting history of this border region. The border with Macedonia should be opening at the end of 2023. Hopefully a boost for the local tourism. Drive to Psarades, lovely village.

The WiFi connection was bad during our stay (temporarely problem). The kitchenette was not working, but that was not a problem at all. We had dinner in Agios Germanos.

We couldn’t stay longer

The breakfast was well prepared and served. Reasonable variety of options given. Like it hot and the personal touch given. Provided a local favour. The staff prepared hot toast with ham and chess plus hot drink when he realised that we had not taken dinner. Really appreciate it. We also had a good chat to have a better understanding of Greece.

super friendly owner, goes the extra mile to give you the information about the area. Rooms clean, and comfortable, and most of them small balcony.

Don’t expect a SPA Resort as rhe name might sound like, rather a cosy family run hotel.

Highly recommended. Beautiful, peaceful location with views towards the lake. Because of the name I had expected it to be large and impersonal, but it is a small complex and it was like staying with friends; a huge thank you to Vaggelis for making us feel at home. I hope that I will be able to return.

Great little hotel in a great quiet location. Just the sound of the birds to wake you up. Vagelis is a great host and really makes you feel welcome the moment you arrive. Nothing is too much trouble. Short drive to the lakes.

wifi inside the room was very poor, had to go to the balcony.

I loved the people, he was so friendly and very kind. We asked him about visiting places, where to go, where to eat, what to see. We did exactly what he proposed and it was absolutely amazing!!!!!

The photos and the site were sawing something different then what we actually saw. I believe it’s too expensive for 110€ per night. We booked a 4bed room, it’s was for 3, and the extra bed wasn’t very nice. Actually the first night me and my boy, we slept on the floor. Of course next morning I said everything, and the man gave me a second room, which was empty likely! So for the second night me and my boy were very comfy….
