I hadn't planned to stay in a hotel on my trip. It certainly turned out to be the best decision I've made in a long time. The location is very central, the rooms have everything you need, the small town is very nice, the surrounding area has the most beautiful scenery/landscape to explore - and the staff in particular are the friendliest and most accommodating I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. They helped me calmly and competently in a difficult situation (I had car problems). Although my problems were solved, I decided to stay another night. If I could, I would stay here longer. I recommend everyone not to think twice about staying here.

We very much liked the dated beautiful quaint setting which fitted in with the town and location in the Alpine area. I thought what a beautiful book an author could write and their description of all. The service was excellent and we love Hari who cooked us a breakfast with love and care

Feeling a little light-headed due to altitude but got over it with a little rest. Will stay there again next time at Hotel Hellenis for certain. 😀

The location was perfect. Everything close by within a short walking distance. Our room was very clean everyday. We had a balcony and the view was amazing. Most of all the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is a great example of simple greek old fashioned hospitality. Perfect location, quiet setting, nice staff, breakfast on demand, close to good coffee and pita cafes. The private parking space is really helpful. I highly recommend this place and would stay here again. Florina makes an excellent base to explore Western Macedonia.

The breakfast was simple and nice. Very good value for money. The staff, at the breakfast area and the reception were extremely kind and helpful. Very important, also, the private parking, very close to the hotel.

A great choice for Florina. It is located in the centre of the city and all the amenities are around the hotel. The receptionist was very friendly and polite. The room was very big and comfortable. The bathroom was very clean and big. They provide shampoo,towels and everything you need. If you want to visit Florina is the best choice for staying.

The hotel is at the center of Florina close to all amenities and main areas. Although it is a bit old, our room and the hotel in total were sparkling clean. Our room was spacious and very comfortable. The hotel staff was polite and helpful. Breakfast was included in the price of the room and it was what you need to start your day. We are super happy with our stay and we will come back soon.

The hotel is a bit outdated, but the most important thing for me is that it is very clean and regularly maintained. The beds are comfortable and the staff is super helpful ,polite and kind. I stayed in the hotel with my 10-year-old son (it's a well-known thing what children are like at that age ), but the staff always helped me and satisfied our requests. The location is good ,the price is very correct and on my next visit to Florina I have no hesitation at all to stay at this hotel again.

The hotel is dated. No frills, but the required basics for an enjoyable, centrally located stay in the town are offered. And Free parking!

The property is dated but very adequate for a stay in the town. I'd stay there again. No frills but has the essentials. And the entire front staff AND cleaning staff are EXCELLENT
