Great rooms, excellent views and an extremely hospitable host sums up our stay here. The hotel itself is at a height with views of the Prespa lake and the village from the very large balcony adjoining the room. The room itself is very large with a large bathroom with high quality amenities. There is a provision for tea and coffee in the room with a small restaurant for breakfast and coffee above a flight of stairs. We arrived to a warm welcome by the host and greeted with hot coffee. Cookies just out of the oven were served free. Breakfast was prepared by the hostess’ mom and it was very elaborate, freshly made and delicious. We were not aware of this and had requested an early breakfast at 6.30 am and felt a bit bad about waking her up so early. However she was all smiles and spoke to us about India in Greek through her interpreter (daughter). They invited our guide for breakfast though he was staying somewhere else. There is a restaurant in the village about 5-7 mins walk from the property that’s very lively and serves great food.

Great facility space rooms with fireplace, big private veranda overlooking the big lake. Located in a picturesque historical village. Short walk from the center of town and the restaurant. Incredibly polite and helpful owner/ manager . Sit down hefty breakfast with all sorts of fresh produce good value.

Not appropriate for people with mobility issues.

Fantastic location looking over the town to the Lake. What a wonderful host and beautiful spot for us to stay. The food for breakfast was phenomenal and they could not do enough for our stay. It was fantastic!!! The room, with a view across the town, was exceptional.

Not a thing.

The guest house is located at the highest point in Agios Germanos. The view of Prespes Lake,from the balconi, is breathtaking. The room is basic but spacious and very clean. The owner of the place is professional and pleasant. The breakfasts, rich, excellent. Personal service, and everything was fresh and very tasty to us. Access by car to the guest house is a bit challenging the first time, the GPS is not accurate. But when you know the way there is no problem. The village is a good starting point for tours in the lake area. In the village there is an information center for tourists and a tavern that serves delicious food.

The room was spotless with a magnificent view. The hostess was lovely. Her lack of English could have been a bit of an issue but she also spoke German and that worked for us.

We were there very late in the season and so there wass not a lot happening. In particular, finding something for dinner was a problem.

Lovely hosts. Γεωργία could not have been more friendly and helpful. The name Panorama is not for nothing, the view over the stone village and the lakes behind is fantastic. Great bathroom and balcony. There is a delightful 17 year old dog, Sue.

There could be a little more light in the room

This guesthouse has the best location in the whole village, rooms have unforgettable view of the Prespa lake and the mountains in Albania beyond - the secret is in the name! Charming proprietor who serves the most generous and delicious breakfasts! Enjoyed several pleasant walks starting from the property, and there is easy access to all the attractions in the region.

Room had very spacious balcony but only limited sitting space inside. Really needed reading lights on both sides of bed.

Location is great with amazing view from the balconies, the rooms and the property are clean and spotless, the breakfast is superb and the owners are truly welcoming, friendly, kind and caring !! I highly recommend this to anyone, it is the best property in the area !!

If you visit the area of Prespes, this is the place to stay: 1) Location: Excellent view! 2) Staff: I have travelled a lot and I have never met so friendly staff. Mixaela and her mother were amazing! 3) Breakfast: homemade, tasty and A LOT! 4) Rooms: clean and well equipped! 5) Value for money!
