Very good hotel, 20 minutes walk to the city center. Spacious, clean and quiet rooms although the hotel is close to the tram line and highway connections. Very comfortable bed and pillow. Good and varied breakfast. Staff very friendly and willing to help. Two restaurants (lOsteria and indochine) are within 5-10 minutes walking distance from the hotel, and there is a Netto chain store in the area. If I ever come to Saarbrucken again, I will definitely consider staying at this very good hotel.

The hotel is a bit far from the center, and the entrance to the parking lot (good price, 8 euros per day) is in front of the hotel, which is quite narrow.

The hotel is in a nice location, close to the Hauptbahnhof and a tram stop. The room was nice and spacious, the bathroom as well. Bed was comfy and cozy. The breakfast was decent (pastries were a bit dry). Staff was very helpful too. Overall, a great stay.

There was only one bench outside in the smoking area, and nowhere else to sit really, so I had to sit on the stairs by their loading area, as the bench was taken. A couple of other benches would be nice, but it's not really a big issue.

Just a short walk to the town centre, 5 to 10 mins. Bright and airy room - a side facing room that was very quiet Large comfortable bed Excellent Air Conditioning - easy to adjust, quiet and efficient. Lift to all floors Breakfast was really good - lots of choice. Convenient to have a bar downstairs - excellent German Pils! The staff are all very friendly and helpful, they look as though they like working there. If we were ever in Saarbrücken again we would book here.

Everything is good but if you have a dog you are not able to grab food from the buffet for breakfast even if the dog is leashed but you can take him to the breakfast with you, so you if you are travelling alone with a dog it might be challenging, also they charge you 25 euros for the dog but there are many restrictions.

The hotel is clean, spacious, well lit and has easy access to the stairs and elevator. The breakfast selections were many, including fresh fruit. Electric kettle was in the room to make some morning coffee or tea, and lots of coffee options in the breakfast area, as well. The room was clean and well lit, and the bed was very comfortable. Nice to have a full length mirror in the room as well as good lighting in the bathroom for cosmetic needs. The hotel is close to some great restaurant options—as close as a 5 minute walk. And only a 9 minute walk to the Saarbrucken train station! The staff was very attentive and spoke English, which was super helpful as I have no German language skills! Because I am an ICG member, I was able to extend my check-out time by a couple of hours to accommodate a later departing train time. I appreciated being able to wait there rather than drag my luggage around town for two hours, passing time before catching my train.

I have nothing negative to say—it was great all around!

The breakfast was good and very health foods. The location to downtown area is within walking distance. The hotel is very close to a neighborhood running next to a public electric train track. The laundry service is good and conveyance.

We have been in this hotel before and we liked it, that's why we returned here. It is perfect, good size rooms, very clean, kettle and tea/coffee, nice soaps. Good location within walking distance from the centre of town and car park available.

I thought that when we stayed here in the past there used to be a wider selection at breakfast. Also, if I don't remember wrong, the car park used to be free.

Hotel felt very up market with very nice decor, design and fittings. Room was quiet, comfortable and air conditioned so we had a very good nights sleep. Breakfast was excellent. This stay really did refresh our very tired bodies from the previous days travelling and a bad nights sleep the night before at another hotel in England

Location very good but not as close to the river waterfront with good selection of restaurants however we would have had to pay more to be closer. In any case found a nice Osteria only 5 minutes walk from the hotel

- spacious room - lovely bed - great shower - great lighting - dog friendly - good breakfast - ample parking - great value for money

- littered and dirty surroundings (saw so many rats in the park whilst walking our dog) - area is a bit rough with a number of unsavoury characters around - could do with tidying up some of the litter and weeds in the front and car park

The location was convenient, close to the city center and at a good distance to communication arteries. The room was comfortable and clean, the breakfast was very good, and there was a 24-hour reception allowing late check-in.

Parking was paid (5 euros/night—but we were aware of this). Our window faced the tram line and busy street, and the noise was noticeable at night.
