Very nicely designed, the room was quiet and comfortable, it has two swimming pools, and we definitely recommend the restaurant at the hotel.

The area around one of the pools smelled a bit of sewage (not the pool itself), and breakfast was honestly a disappointment; fit for a 1 star hotel rather than a place like this. Other than that, we really enjoyed out stay. PS: It's a bit secluded from the city centre, 25 min walk or a $200MX taxi ride, so keep in mind in case you plan to go to the centre often.

We enjoyed a fantastic room featuring a nice and clean bathroom, a large and comfy bed and good AC. The hotel staff is great and helpful with any sort of inquiries.

The breakfast is definitely below average, especially when it gets closer to 11am. Despite the price level, the hotel only offers 2 nespresso capsules per stay, addional ones to buy. In combination with the super basic breakfast coffee offered that was a bit consfusing the overall experience.

Stylish room with bathroom en suite, amazing garden and pool area. If you are looking for only a relaxing hotel, this is nice, but if you want to explore the island on your own, the location is not the best. Breakfast was basic but nice to have. Staff was friendly.

When there are rain showers on Holbox, the location of this hotel is not good. We couldn't even get to the beach due to all the puddles. Going downtown by taxi is 300 pesos one way, so our stay was considerably more expensive than we thought. Walking really was no option, maybe the hotel should offer transfers (or rain boots) for these heavy rainy days.

Beautiful hotel and very nice and helpful staff. The hotel is a little away from the city center but it is close to the most beautiful beach, Punta Coco, where you can see flamingos. The streets are still flooded, but you can easily get into town by walking along the beach or, unfortunately, paying 150-200 pesos for a taxi. There are a lot of mosquitoes on the island, it is worth using the spray even during the day. The rooms are nice, large, cleaned every day and the beds are incredibly comfortable.

A bit poor breakfast and the same every day - coffee, slices of fruit (usually melon and papaya or watermelon), one piece of toast, a sweet roll, some butter, jam, yogurt and a tablespoon of granola. It's hard to call it a continental breakfast or any other breakfast. Eggs or omelettes are also available, but you have to pay extra for them.

Overall the property is very nice very quite and relaxing, I really enjoyed the 2 swimming pools, the room was very clean and spacious with very comfortable beds and the staff is very friendly and welcoming.

Location is not the best, is far from the town center and with all the flooding is difficult to even take a 15 min. walk to the beach without getting your feet swamp in water and mud, or going out at night. Taxis charge you more because of the distance and the huge pounds of water they need to go over to reach the hotel. Also not all food items in the menu of the restaurant were available, because of the difficult access they have trouble receiving merchandising from vendors.

Lovely interiors and rooms were large with balcony. Staff were overall friendly and breakfast included was great value for money and delicious.

What very few reviews recognise is the location of property and how far this is from the centre. We arrived on the 19th of January snd the island was completely flooded. The hotel didn’t offer any shuttle to and from the town so each evening we’d have to wade through swamp like dirty water to reach a shop or restaurant or pay up to £17 one way via golf buggy taxi’s. Considering this isn’t even rainy season we were surprised to see the extent of the flooding and how little the hotel did to alleviate the problem.

Beatrice and her staff were above and beyond. Friendly, welcoming and helpful. The room was immaculate; very clean, spacious and comfortable. The common areas and grounds were beautifully kept, and added privacy to the rooms. The terrace was a beautiful place to watch the sunset. The included breakfast was light and fresh.

The onsite restaurant service was slow, often missing ingredients for beverages listed on their menu, and food was often overloaded - too sweet, too salty, etc. Disappointing given the distance offsite to other options, especially during the low season.

Great and friendly staff, nice breakfast options, spacious and bright room, pretty views from the top of the building. 2 pools. Quiet and private. Bonus point for a welcome drink :)

Unfortunately shower pressure is very disappointing. I understand that it's an island and it makes it difficult especially that the building is pretty tall. When inquired, maintenance person was sent promptly but apparently he couldn't do anything about to make it better.

Beautiful hotel, it was recommended by a friend and we loved it! 2 beautiful pool area with sunbeds, rooftop bar to watch sunset, restaurant and nice breakfast. The staff was nice and helpful. We had a suite with kitchen/living room so it was very convenient to cook our own food! And the bedroom was nice as well. We loved spending time by the blue pool and enjoy the nice weather :)

It was 30min walk approximately from the main beach / Holbox center, but we could walk along the beach so it was nice. We used the pull-up couch in the living room as a second bed but the mattress wasn't confortable.

I can’t say enough about how friendly and helpful the staff at this hotel are. The room was spotless and comfortable. The food at the restaurant is excellent. I loved the location. It is quiet and away from all the beach clubs but it is an easy 23 minute walk along the beach into the town centre. It is steps away from Playa Punta Coco.

The breakfast selection was good. Loved the home made granola and yoghurt. Unfortunately, the hot breakfast items were always cold.
