I liked the swift responses by the owner, the clean room and dedicated bathroom. I liked the breakfast foods and cold water and the coffee machine. The value for money was good. I stayed for the prime purpose of visiting the Abbey of Montecassino. It was only a 600m walk to the bus station. There is an amazing pizza shop below where I bought pizza by the slice. However many food places are closed Sundays.

I am a non-smoker and found the smell very overpowering in the entire facility. It was most unfortunate. This is the only reason why I would not stay again or recommend to others.

it was self-catering in the main, so not applicable, very sparse facilities, not meant for a long-term stay as our's was.

the noise from the main road needs to be addressed, perhaps by triple-glazing, everyone was complaining about it, and could spoil the stay. On the up-side, it was opposite a beautiful park, which was up-lifting, and in a good situation for the Abbey, town and station. We ran out of toilet paper at the end and had to buy our own.

Great communication from the host, well organized contactless check in. Spacious rooms, comfortable beds, huge bathroom, shared kitchen. One room had a nice view, even if it was facing fairly busy main road. Basic self serve sweet breakfast. Free parking inside the complex. Strong Wi-FI. Great for one night stopover, easy to find.

Bedside tables would be nice. Very small shower (especially considering how hug the bathroom was). One of the rooms had no night light/lamp. No lift.

The host was welcoming and the view from the room\balcony was breathtaking. Easy to find with parking on the premises. Stocked kitchen for breakfast, tea and coffee. They provided a selection of gluten free snacks in the room per request when the room was booked. Close to the Abbey of Montecassino and short walk to restaurants and the town center. Would definitely stay there again.

This really was a palace- marble floors and tiles, fantastic bathroom literally sitting on a throne plus able to have a bath! Light breakfast + a fridge and kettle! Lively helpful host. Sit on a balcony like Juliet overlooking the former beautiful park and river, and you might woo a Romeo from the hotel below.

Great location, close to town center and Monte Cassino. The room and bathroom were so clean. We have an amazing view from our bedroom. Good contact with the host. Highly recommend 👌

The only think we weren't happy about is breakfast because we are not fans of sweet breakfast.

It’s next to the road, therefore was substantial traffic noise till late. Coffee cup and wooden forks for your cornflakes . We were on foot with limited internet : simple instructions on how to locate the place would be much appreciated like : cross the road and follow the only road which goes into the town till junction with… turn left till next junction. The place is on the opposite side on your right.

Very comfortable and clean with secure parking good access to the monastery

There was no lift so it was difficult to carry bags to room and the air conditioner didn’t seem to work.

Location was ideal. We could walk anywhere in the town from there. The apartment was very clean, we loved the bathroom.

Having to climb approx 47 steps with our luggage. Having to have an online cell phone to receive contact details re-opening the apartment.

It was clean and the bathroom was fabulous. The owner came to ensure we were settled in and explained all about the flat and the town. He was very helpful and friendly

I would say it would be advisable to alert potential visitors to the fact it is two flights of stairs to the B and B
